Great service that offers the flexibility when working with home owners insurance. I called so many others and most were either too high or not willing to work with insurance deductibles. Kelly Burton my sales rep was very knowledgeable on my Goodman unit and gave me a very good price. He even added ventilation in another room at a very good price. Brandon and Benji the HVAC technicians who did the install were very fast with actual labor and installation. I highly recommend this company.

Called around 8 am to schedule an appointment to check my A/C not working. A lady answered my phone, told me will be in between 10.00 am to 2.00 pm on the same day for technician to stop by. The same nice lady called back around 11.00 am to informed me that the technician is on his way about 10 minutes to my house. Technician guy name Hayden, wearing mask & shoe cover (is a good procedure during this pandemic time) go inside my house to check what wrong with my A/C system. Hayden is a nice guy & professional answered my question in well manner. He fixed the problem less than 15 minutes. Price is reasonable.

I called Kennon heating and air out of the blue as I was looking for a local company to do some HVAC work. They were prompt in answering by call and questions and had someone come out a few days later for an estimate. They were very thorough in evaluating what was needed and was able to arrange an install day the following week. Their professionalism and quality of work was outstanding. When I called with a probem they were at my house in less than an hour. The part needed was ordered and replaced the next day. The estimate was fairly priced, and they were very professional. After meeting them I saw no need for a second opinion. I will definately call them again.

KH&AC came out for a Home Warranty claim. The problem was a dirty coil, which was a maintenance issue, which they resolved for a cost, plus the home warranty deductible.

Kennon Heating & Air Conditioning was extremely professional when they installed our Goodman combined heat pump at a fair price. The cleaned up and disposed of the old unit, installed a new thermostat, and installed a second vent in our bedroom. Their price was the best out of multiple quotes. We will definitely continue to use them in the future!
