I would have given 5 stars, but I pushed my key in and held it there with a firm pressure, thinking I needed to.
When I got my key, it works, but only when I slightly pull it out of the lock a then twist. It's a little bit of a jiggle, but it works.
When I need another key, I'll try them again.

Update: I ordered another key on a subsequent date and it worked perfectly.

Ordered a key and received it a few days later. It was waaaay cheaper than the $100+ I paid for a locksmith to come out. Buy one before you need it!

The KeyMe kiosks in Kroger stores have been a life saver for me. I'm an area manager for a facility services company and my cleaners and project technicians are always needing extra keys for projects and fill-ins at various locations. If I need an extra key, I can go to their worksite and get the key and have a copy made at the closest Kroger store.

Needed an additional mailbox key. Stopped at a KeyMe kiosk in a grocery store. The kiosk didn't have blanks for the key, but I was able to scan the key and place the order at the kiosk. I took them up on the offer for a discount on an additional key. The keys were delivered a week later, and they worked perfectly. The process was easy and convenient. Will definitely use the service next time that I need spare keys.

Very simple and fast. Needed a key made when the hardware store was closed and this was perfect. I will use this kiosk from now on whenever I need a key made.

The Key in Titanium works perfect I’m so impressed it’s very light and resistance also the best is a feature that I can log in the machines and use my finger print to make a copy of the key, that was storages there meaning I have a backup copy if needed. Congratulations.
