4DISHONEST. Didn’t show up and claimed they were at the property during the the scheduled time. I was outside waiting on them. They attempted to call for verification but did not leave a voicemail when I asked them about it they were dishonest. They still never sent anyone out and made me wait outside over an hour after scheduled time. I ordered a pizza faster than they could show up. I had to cancel and hire someone else.
Bit pricey but the keys worked perfectly. I selected the default option and a regular door lock key.
There will be an offer for the 2nd key at checkout, so be sure to use it you need a spare.
I needed a key quick as possible. This gave me convenience and took less than 10 minutes.
Thought the kiosk would make the key for me like others, but no, they 'scan' the key, make it somewhere else, mail it to you, then charge a lot for it.
Waste of time when you can go to Home Depot, get similar keys made, and walk out with them.
Key works, just took days to get when I thought it was made immediately.
