7Terrible service all round. Internet speeds are good when the service is actually working. I have had my line left on the side of the road for 4 months now and no one has come to burry it. In the time that I have had this service the line has been damaged to the point of losing internet on 4 occasions. The past 2 times I was forced to wait 3-5 days before someone would come out to fix it. The last technician that came out told me the post closest to my house was dead and needed to be replaced. No one has come to replace the dead post and it has been 3 weeks. Now my internet is out again because of the same issue. I no longer have faith in this company or the “service” they are supposed to provide.
Wifi good but they lied about the stuff you will get. Like the 200 dollar gift card, free first month and other stuff. They won't call me back even when I ask about it.

Horrible. Customer Service is bad. They are in Panama City, Panama. Threaten a 50 dollar fine if you are not at home, so I don't go to work. Then they say they are going to be so late, I could have gone to work. This day cost 150 00. And tomorrow is one month I have been with them. It's gonna be a long year.
I sent my modem back and they claim it never arrived. Now they say I owe them $100. It’s not my fault it was lost in the mail. Also, terrible internet speeds when I did use them, which is why I cancelled.
They came out to my house and told me they didn’t have Service in this area but they have it blow my house and it will take two weeks for them to have service here in two weeks if there’s no service in this area they will be a bad feedback I’m done with companies that wants to say it is a pandemic thing it is done and over stop using the pandemic as your problem
The 3 months free they offer you isn't actually 3 months free - it's a bill credit that doesn't add up to three months. Also, they won't send you the $200 visa gift card either. When you call the cancel your service, they don't cancel it. They tell you they cancelled it, and they continue bill you anyway.
