KMT Systems, McDonough GA

Have had their system for three years now, and have issues with their equipment. The sensor on my rear door keeps falling off to the point I have it taped to the door. Two different window sensors keep falling apart where the section with a metal rod falls to the ground. I only know this has happened when I set the alarm at night and receive a bypass alert for that window. When I called about these issues there only solution was to sell me new sensors. I also have an issue with their control panel which keeps disconnecting from the Wi-FI.even though it's located in the same room as my modem, with a clear line of sight. Since my contract has expired I called on Friday the 20th.to cancel the service. The representative who answered informed me that the woman who handles that was not in and that all she could do was to leave her a message to call me back on Monday. Here it is Thursday the 26th and still no contact from the company. Is this their idea of good costumer service?

Great Job with the installation! The tech was very knowledgeable and easy to talk with and he made suggestions for future purchases.

KMT installed a security system including camera, video doorbell, door locks and sensors in our home on Oct 18,2023. The installation was performed by Tuey V, who did an outstanding job. He completed the installation professionally and upon completion ensured we understood how to operate the system properly. Tuey went above and beyond to make sure our system was installed perfectly. We strongly recommend this company to anyone interested in securing your home.

The Security service was installed at my home. Obviously very professional. Technician, An expert and knowledgeable in his business of installing the security system. Answered my questions. The few I had and instructed me on how to use the system. A very nice gentleman.

What I like about KMT is their employee TOM. TOM has provided me excellent service for many many years before MidSouth became KMT. I am respectfully requesting that he be dispatched for my service whenever possible. Tom is a true professional and I appreciate his clarity of communication about the problem and its solution.

Truly appreciate technicians Rusty and Chris for their support in setting up our security system on our newly built home. They will unfortunately need to return due to improper scheduling on the office side. So for future reference you will need to have internet up and running before their arrival to avoid a second trip. All in all great job!

The Representative Rusty was very knowledgeable, patient and courteous. He was a true professional.

They were real professional and efficient. They will go over every detail about operating their system, and if you don't fully understand because of the amount of info then they also have video tutorials about what you need to know.

We just transitioned to KMT for our home monitoring using our existing system with an upgrade to cellular eliminating the need for less secure landline. Carter West was our initial contact whose presentation was a level of professionalism not often seen today.

The upgrade hardware installation and systems readiness was accomplished by technician Tuey V. Tuey also was a knowledgeable, considerate professional who one felt comfortable having in one’s home.
