Kohl's, Evans GA

It's been quite awhile since I stepped foot in this Kohl's. The layout is completely different and the addition of Sephora gives the store a much different feel. The clothes have become less impressive.

I had Kohl’s cash and I wanted towels and bathroom rugs and nothing seem to be in the right spot. I did find a portable record player on clearance and that was my big score!

I haven't shopped here in years, but I was informed they now sold Sephora and I went in to find a new makeup base and blush. Mission accomplished. After my purchase I walked around a much more relaxed store from the one from a year or so ago. Before the store was too overstuffed and tight to maneuver around. Now it has breathing room to shop and look. Nice and refreshing. Less is more.

Went in to return a Amazon order. I walked around the whole store looking where to go, no one would answer me or just shrugged shoulder very aggravating. One I found it the girl working was very unfriendly an seemed like I was bothering her. Cold with snappy responses. I received a $5 coupon wont use it at this location not a welcoming vibe.

I wish the signs for Amazon returns were easier to see. They are small and up high. I expected the floor signs. They also moved the return area.

Wow is all I can say. Dressing rooms still closed. Racks are better now for wheelchair access but really nothing to pick from. Came in to get some everyday dresses for/with my Mom. 3 dresses to pick from. They are doing some renovation, adding a Sephora in the middle. Don't buy a lot of that stuff so waste of space for me. They also said they were expecting a truck in a few days. Just so disappointed and this used to be my favorite store. Guess I'll start going to Hamricks in North Augusta.

Where's the old Kohls? No deals, no card discounts? Many items are twice the cost of other stores. No more Kohls for us.

Love the car delivery. Being disabled it really makes my life so much better. Thank you for doing this.

This is Kohl's, what can I say other than I love buying their products after I return to Amazon product. They got all sorts of neat things that you won't find in a Walmart or a Target. And I always find something to get with my coupons. Always clean, always stocked, always full of fun things to purchase.

Went by to drop off an Amazon return. Would shop there if they would get off their political soapbox. To kick My Pillow out because of his politics? Give me a break. They won't get my business nor will Bed Bath & Beyond!

My granddaughters spend a couple of weeks with me every year. I guess I'm old fashion. I don't like to see my granddaughters with cloths so tight that I have problems breathing lol. I can always depend on Kohls to have something fashionable that they like and something that is age appropriate that I like. I always bring them to Kohls and let them pick out what they like. For grandmothers like me. I do recommend Kohls.

They open by 9 am, and they have great selection. Plus if you get a coupon like I did a week ago, got me two shirts from 38 to 12 $

There was a great selection than most stores nowadays. Good sales. Lots of clearance all over the store. The gentleman tonight at the register was very personable.

Father's Day @ Kohl's. Store was quiet and clean. Found everything I NEEDED on sale. Sales associates were friendly and helpful.

I went to Ross and Marshall's for a decent pair of jeans not shredded or peg leg, or short over the ankles. They didn't have any so had to settle for paying to high of a price for a pair of jeans made in Bangladesh (Sweat shop clothes and workers get paid 10 cents an hour)

Very disappointed in the customer service I received in Kohl’s today. I received an Amazon package that did not fit my needs so I came in to return it. The woman that worked in the Amazon area was extremely rude to me from start to finish. Let me just state that I am not one to return things unless they are necessary. This woman was very nice to the couple that was in front of me in line, but for whatever the reason she was not nice to me at all. She never greeted me, but just stated rather rudely give me a min. I stood there waiting patiently on her until she was ready for me. I handed her my item of return in the box that it came in and she said very rudely I dnt have anywhere to put this box and proceeded to toss the box across the counter at me…. Mind you I just watched this woman a few min prior use the box that the couple had for their return item to package it back up and prepare it for its return to Amazon. I have never gone anywhere and been treated so rudely. She literally told me that she had no where to put the box but she had an empty trash container right next to her counter to dispose of it if need be. I for one have worked in retail myself years ago and her customer service is not acceptable. She refused to answer any of my questions that I had regarding the process of my return. She was extremely harsh in her tone the entire time and I do not appreciate being talked to in the manner at all. I told her at the very end of this transaction that I hoped that she has a better day because it is very noticeable that she is not happy at work because of her rudeness. She proceeded to tell me quite loudly that she was not rude and that she was not having a bad day. I told her that she was extremely rude and right after I spoke with the manager “Liz”. The manager was very apologetic on her behave and stated that she would address it and to be perfectly honest I dnt think that she will. I can tell she does not like to deal with confrontation because she seemed quite timid. I definitely would like to speak with some of the other managers there as well because something like that should not be tolerated and it puts a bad image for the store as a whole. Kohl’s please be mindful of rude employees because customers deserve to be treated appropriately. If she is there the next time I do a return and she is rude it is definitely gonna be a problem. Very disappointing experience.

They can't seem to get there act together. I ordered an item for a work event on May 10th. Ordered it on April 27th. Said it would arrive on May 4th, then May 6th, then May 7th, just checked to make sure it would be here tomorrow. It's in Indiana, it started out in Indiana and I'm in Georgia. Worst part it there was one 2.5 hours away that they could have shipped. Will not be shopping here again.
