I never had to write a review but today I will. Michelle was completely rude I was with my family walking to the entrance and she rudely told us no buggies and started closing the sliding doors on us saying this side is closed. She looked at us and said use the other entrance unprofessional we were at the sliding doors about to walk through. I understand she is doing her job but her actions and demeanor were rude.

Every time I use one of their electric carts it runs out of battery. They look old, seats ripped. Probably have the battery it came with 20 yrs ago. PLEASE get new carts for the shoppers that NEED ONE. I don't have this problem at Publix! So get better!

After waiting twenty minutes for a manager to arrive at the customer service desk, with meat, cheese and milk in the car, Store Manager Brad Thisdale initially refused to honor the $15 off $50 coupon in the screenshot for three (3) pickup orders coupon, but later relented. Only one $15 coupon had been applied. The other two orders did not receive the $15 coupon. Brad said he would "meet me halfway" and blamed me for making "a big fuss", but I reminded him what the terms of the coupon said - $15 off $50 for three (3) pickup orders. Not one order. Not two. But three (3).

Update: If there's any confusion as to the language of the promotion, I just uploaded the Facebook ad that definitively states a $45 savings.

Used to be one of the nicest grocery stores on the area, now prices of some products are ridiculously high compared to another places, the STAFF’s attention it’s absolutely TERRIBLE.

The meat section specially straks are the worst quality. Seems they come frozen In the tray and thawed there where the taste in lost. After cooking its no flavor and tough.
Oh and BTW if the online customer want to sit it the car for delivery make the spots in the back don't take away parking spots for the lazy people sitting forbdelivery.

This has been my regular grocery store for more than a decade. Unfortunately, in recent days it has really gone downhill. First, they took all the closer parking spots and assigned them to customers who won't be getting out of their cars because they ordered online. They no longer keep the store orderly. The pharmacy area looks like a loading dock with unsightly carts stacked up. The seasonal aisle is not kept organized or well stocked. Frequently, items we regularly buy are not in stock. We might as well start shopping at Walmart.

Several items that I used to get regularly have been completely out for more than a month. It isn’t just this store either, it’s multiple locations. I’ve emailed corporate and they seemed keen on resolving the issue with me initially then communication abruptly ceased and I haven’t heard anything in almost a month. I’ve been a diehard Kroger shopper for years. I eat a lot of meat and dairy alternatives and use some organic products as well and Kroger has always been the best in that regard but I just keep being let down trip after trip.

Last week I bought the big box 24count blueberry mini muffins and failed to check the date thinking the employees did a good job, boy was I wrong they were past date. Said to say this is not the first time at this Kroger it's happened. They are always out of stock on items I need like Friday night my kids wanted khakis the whole store was a tacky my kids also wanted Little Debbie snacks and the ones that they asked for they were also out of, my favorite corn chips that are nacho flavor have been out of stock for months. I understand with the pandemic and all that things aren't back on the shelves as they should but Kroger usually has a blue sticker that says unavailable or at least let me know and this item will not be in for a while take the tag down I don't understand how a store can be out of stock with so many items. And don't get me started on the produce and only by the produce if I plan to use it that day otherwise it doesn't last long. Not to mention there have been several times where I have come up to a register and the cashier and the courtesy clerks are carrying on a conversation not one time did I get a Hello how are you today or anything and what time I mentioned it they told me it was not their policy what a joke at work for Kroger I know the policy. Unfortunately this stores 2 minutes from my house so if I am in need of something that is my go-to store but I may actually start going to Walgreens or a gas station right there across the street this is ridiculous Kroger get it together

Not the nicest Kroger in the area as far as selection. But it is clean, the produce is pretty good and the staff is helpful. I was blown away by the selection of houseplants. They had many more than the other nearby Kroger and they looked healthier. Worth the trip if you like plants.

This is strictly a pharmacy review. They Don’t care about customers, how long they wait and how rude they can be. I feel like I am inconveniencing them every time I see them!

What a dump!
I normally drive an extra 4 miles to shop at Publix, but I was next door @ the UPS Store and only needed some milk and creme. Here it is, one week after Thanksgiving, and 11: 45 am, and the store looks like what I might imagine at 5pm on Thanksgiving Day. Most of the isles looked like photo 1. The dairy cooler was shot, and not a stock person anywhere restocking. To add insult to injury, only one checkout was manned, the U-Scan had two registers closed, and there were lines in both areas.
I knew a District Manager who's favorite saying when he saw anything like what I saw was, "I guess we have all the business we can handle"
Why does anyone choose to shop there? Convenience? We don't care if this is the best you can offer?
