I spent a lot of money there a couple of years ago I went to 5 stores today looking for a dining room suit. Couldn't find one that I liked and could not find 1 that I liked there. But being recently divorced I needed some other stuff to match up with what I had bought there before. This lady named Beth started helping me. Lo and behold she mixed and matched and showed me this and showed me that and it wouldn't long before I found a bunch of stuff to To buy. Very pleased with the way she handles herself and me she showed me right what I needed to do. I had no intentions of buying today I came in there for a Kitchen furniture. Anne she got me 12 months no interest but I will pay it off early because I need other things.

Great experience! Have had lazy boy recliners for 30+ years. McDonough location was easy to get to, had large selection to choose from, did not feel pressured to buy by salesman yet he was very knowledgeable about specifications for each recliner especially since I arrived at the store thinking I knew what I wanted and ended up purchasing one that I like much better.
Recliner happened to be in stock so I did not have to wait the 10-12 months for delivery. I would recommend this location to all my family and friends!

Tamara was super friendly and helpful. She helped us out every way possible and was able to put together some pieces that fit within our budget. Had a great experience and the entire atmosphere was so cheerful and relaxed. Definetly will be returning for any future purchases.

The staff at La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries in McDonough, GA were wonderful. Our sales associate Meghan was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She truly made my family’s visit unforgettable. I highly recommend this store to anyone that is in the market for great customer service and furniture that wows!

My order was paid for in full and placed on Feb 3,2021. I understood of the delay due to supply chain, covid, etc. I was originally told mid summer delivery with emails to keep me up on dates. By mid-summer no deliveries and only 1 email on order status. Then I began to call the store I made my purchase. No matter which person I spoke to they all apologized but gave me little information on possible delivery dates, just that it would be later. Mid August, around Labor Day, after Labor Day, early to late September, mid October, early November, and finally sometime in December. Every person I spoke to promised to call me back. I got zero response from anyone. Two days ago, 12/11/21, it was delivered, minus a table I ordered. I was not shocked but by this time it was expected. It is coming next week and at that time I will be done with this for good. My total order was close to $5000. I went in early September to Ethan Allen and ordered 2 chairs that had to be made. They were delivered in 4 weeks. I spent almost $5000 on those 2 chairs. See what poor service does for you? All I needed was someone to follow up with me after promising to check on my order status. Not following through cost your company $5000. Lesson learned.

We visited the store to make a final decision on a couch I choose online, we walked in and Beth greeted us immediately, she answered all of my questions and even gave me additional information on maintaining the sectional.

I found what I was looking for. The sales rep didn't over sale, allowed me to look and process my thoughts, and offered helpful suggestions. The delivery time rocks, as well!

The quality of the furniture is horrible. We bought the most expensive “leather “ couch set they had. With full warranty! It started cracking writhin months. We called the store, nada it’s been years we’ve been contacting them. The manager said he’d handle it as it’s so bad. He came back and said corporate won’t touch it. With warranty on the leather. We have cracking leather couches. And they now say the leather is “faux”! Bought the other most expensive couch they have for our living room, the seat goes in through a mechanical button. It’s automatic, hasn’t been three months and it’s broken, doesn’t go all the way in! We’ve been contacting them since & no one has bothered to come and fix it! The warranty they do not stand behind. Out of close to 45,000 in merchandise we purchased most in broken or cracking and peeling within months! And they won’t fix or stand by any warranty! Don’t do it! It’s horrendous quality!

Had a really great experience with Tamara. She took her time to show us all the options and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. She also helped get us the most savings. Really a wonderful experience and cannot wait to get our sectional in! Would highly recommend Tamara if your going shopping!

Tamara was fantastic as she went above and beyond to answer our questions. She was attentive without being intrusive. She showed us various options and allowed us to test various models. She was also very candid with information regarding delivery timeframes!

Friendly. Not pushy. Doesn't follow you around like you are going to throw a chair in your purse and walk out the door. Very knowledgeable.

Jennifer was very patient and helpful and as we were deciding on chairs for our tv room. We ended up leaving and coming back 3 times over the course of a few hours. She greeted us each time with a smile and made excellent suggestions. We bought the 2 chairs and several accessories to compliment the room. We definitely will be back in the future. If you have furniture needs, go to La-Z-Boy and ask for Jennifer.

The delivery was 4 weeks, but upon arrival the leg was broken. Delivery guys informed LaZBoy that day. I had to call them after 5 days because they did not have the courtesy to call and let me know about an update on when the footboard would be ready or how the remedy could be fixed. McDonough customer service is not good.

I was welcomed upon entering the store My salesperson was very knowledgeable of the inventory in which I was looking for as well as showing me different items of interest. He was very polite and personable. My visit was was well worth the time. I can’t wait for my delivery
