Lanier Tire & Wheel, Cumming GA

I recently popped a tire and had ordered more to my house online. I then came to “Lanier Tire & Wheel Inc. ” to get it mounted and balanced. Only to be told that he won’t mount my tires, only the ones that i purchased from him. I am very dissatisfied with the service.

Showed up when they opened, they got me in immediately and knocked everything out in a timely and professional manner. Highly recommended!

I've bought several sets of tires here and I have always received great service and competitive pricing. Walked in needing 2 new trailer tires and was out the door with new tires mounted on the rims in about 15 minutes. Always check with these guys first.

Very pleased with my experience! I had my front rotors replaced for $200 less than the Volvo dealership quote, and was in and out in less than an hour.

I just showed up (no appt) and they had me out of there 75 min later with 2 new tires. I have an over sized vehicle and didnt even fit in the bay. They got it done anyway. They were cool about me having my dog waiting with me in the waiting room. Great service. Good prices. Highly recommend.

They got me in quick, and I paid for it too! $28 for a tire patch for one nail. Just go to Walmart if you need a tire fixed ($15).

Honest, fair pricing, and quick. I’ve been going here for years. Really great employees and have always treated me (and my car) respectfully. As a woman, I don’t feel like someone is going pull a fast one on me. I trust these guys to get the job done at a reasonable price. Thank you!

I had the misfortune to enter this store, I was treated very poorly, and it did not solve my problem, my car remained the same and even charged me for the bad work, I hated it.

Just realized today that my front tires had been wearing horribly and I needed to return to Louisiana tomorrow. Called these guys around lunch and they found my awkward sized tires and had them on, front end aligned, and tie rods replaced by 4pm. Great service and dedication to the customer!

I called prior and dropped off before 9am as instructed. Told me it would be 1/2 day for an alignment and oil change. That was perfect because I needed my truck to pull a boat that afternoon. When I came to pick up the truck after lunch, it was still not fixed and they were all looking at each other weird. I had to borrow a truck for the boat errand. I finally got the car back around 4pm. The truck now drives worse than when I dropped it off, and they didn't even bother resetting the oil life code. If you're looking for amateur hour, search no further. I will not be back.
