I’ve been a Leather Creations customer for years. Their furniture is excellent quality, comfortable, durable for a family with pets and beautiful.
Mavis helped us again with our most recent purchase. We needed a new sofa for our condo. She was so gracious. Spent time with us as we looked at styles, configurations and numerous leather swatches. We found the perfect sofa that is super comfortable, gorgeous and meets our needs.
I appreciate the value as this company stands behind their product.

I recently purchased two chairs from Leather Creations. After looking at chain furniture stores I found Leather Creations. I recognized the difference in quality and service immediately. Mavis, the salesperson who helped me, was so knowledgeable about their products and design. I didn’t realize that some types of leather would not hold up well with spills. All in all I found Leather Creations to be the best option for high quality leather furniture.

We started our couch shopping journey at some of the major brands and we were less than impressed. When coming to Leather creation and working with Mavis it was night and day. She was able to walk is through all of the different options and actually explain to us the quality of what we were buying. We ended up with the Tahoe couch and are so excited for it to arrive. When we are ready for a matching love seat we will 100% be coming back!

I went with my mom a couple of months ago to order a couch! Lee was very helpful in selecting her couch! I loved my moms couch so much, I went and bought the same one! Lee made the process easy and we are super excited for our new couch!

Furniture is one of those things where you get what you pay for. Leather Creations has quality furniture and with the ability to refill the batting and change the cushion inserts, your sofas and chairs will last a lifetime if you take proper care of it. Definitely worth the money and the wait! We bought a sofa, two chairs, and an ottoman in 2011 and it still looks amazing and feels brand new after changing the cushion inserts this past year. Having a dedicated and knowledgeable salesperson like Mavis who remembers your preferences and orders even after many years is a testament to good customer service. It's rare to find such personalized attention in larger retail stores.   It's always a plus when you can establish a personalized and long-lasting relationship with a store.

We just purchased our third Leather Creations seating group because although we have tried one other in between, this is simply the best quality in all aspects. Customer service was great in the Alpharetta store, and in fact Lee was extraordinarily patient with us as we spent a great deal of time making our final decision. We also appreciated her input on the actual furniture versus trying to direct our taste. I literally stood in the store and was recommending the furniture to someone else because I love and trust it so much. We still have our last seating group from Leather Creations which we still love, but it's simply too large for our new space. We can't wait to get delivery of our new order!

My husband and I recently purchased a leather recliner from LC in Alpharetta. Mavis was our salesperson and was an invaluable asset. We wanted a chair unlike any that we could find on the floor so she went online and found a chair they still make but do not have in their showroom. Thank you, Mavis - we cannot wait to get our new chair!

A wonderful shopping experience. Looking for a replacement for our 20 year old curved wedge sectional we visited a large number of stores in the metro area and could not find exactly what we wanted. Leather Creations came through for us. With the help of both Lee and Mavis, and their efforts on our behalf with the factory, they were able to modify one of their existing pieces to duplicate the specifications we wanted, fabricate a curved wedge and modify the seat cushions. The pricing for the customization was beyond fair. There is even a possibility that they may add our changes to their already large selection of options. They were wonderful to work with, extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. We expect to be equally satisfied when the new sectional arrives. I’ll update then.

Time to retire our Leather Creations Dearborn from 2007. We drove all the way from intown Atlanta to Alpharetta to see Mavis who did a stellar job of selling us a new Dearborn Sofa, Chair, and Ottoman. She made us aware of the July 4th pricing and we were sold. A great quality product and great knowledgeable service. Excited about out purchase.

We are repeat customers at a couple of Leather Creations locations, most recently at the store in Alpharetta, GA. We have purchased several pieces that we have enjoyed over the years and have come with us in various moves. Not only have we enjoyed our cozy furniture, but a few of the chairs have been referred to as the most comfortable chair ever, or, the best chair in the house, and, of course, the big recliner is a favorite of the grandchildren.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Leather Creations to any one who would like a quality product, great service, and skilled delivery.

We bought our first Leather Creations furniture 20 years ago, and it held up well despite poor maintenance (cleaning and conditioning) on my part. When we needed new furniture, we shopped around, but ultimately returned to LC because of their quality. Mavis at the Alpharetta location was a tremendous help in working through the styles, configurations, and leather options.

Quality crafted leather furniture. I highly recommend taking a look for furniture needs. We looked quite a while for quality made leather chairs. Something that would withstand regular use while still looking good. We came across the Leather Creations Furniture store in Alpharetta and were hooked. Mavis helped us find four luxurious chairs at a price that was well worth the quality. After over 5 years the chairs still look amazing and remain as comfortable as ever. A bonus is the clean/condition product you receive.

Got a couch from them in 2003 and just bought new cushions and pillow backs from them and it essentially made it like new. The leather is still in amazing shape. Looks like new with the new cushions and is incredibly comfortable.

Today I visited Leather Creations to look at the new furniture they had. Mavis Baker helped us today. She was able to look back at our last purchase and remind us that we have had our set for 17 years. I remember as a young couple we spent a lot on it and that while it stills looks nice it has been used hard everyday. The seats where beginning to relax a bit. We the guidance of Mavis she let us know that all is not lost and that in fact we could replace the foam in our cushions and bring the sofa back to it’s original feeling. Thank you for this and helps to remember that sometimes to get quality you have to spend a little bit more but we feel we are getting our monies worth! Thanks for everything!

We had a wonderful experience working with Lee remotely (we’re out of state) to build a dream sectional for our home. She was so helpful throughout the process. The delivery was seamless. AND the final delivered product is exceptional! Comfortable, clearly well built, beautiful, fits the space perfectly. Very happy-thanks!

My neighbor advise us to go and check out this store to buy our couch. I went myself the first time just to take a look to see what kind of shop was. I felt every welcome an out sale persone was really friendly and welcoming and took time to show me around even though I got there close to closing time. The second time
I went with my husband and it was an amazing visit.the lady that helped me remembered me and explained to my husband all the products and warranty. She was there for all our question but at the same Time gave us space to look around and make our decisions without feeling pressure. It was an amazing experience and I can’t wait to have our couch in our living room.

Absolutely the most wonderful sofa and chair that a consumer could have. Very comfortable, soft, no wrinkles on the leather and stands up to animals as well as people. Have had my grouping since 2008 and could not be more pleased with the quality. Would recommend Leather Creations to everyone.
