Food is always good but at this location the bathroom was awfully disgusting as a CNA it’s hard getting my patient to use the restroom the handicap stall is filthy

Great convenient location; good food & selection; staff very friendly; our Server (Laurie) excellent, friendly and attentive- the best service!

Salad was not fresh. Service was ok. Brought food out way before appetizers and salads were finished. Just not what I expect from $100 dining experience.

Our waitress really was the icing on the cake. The New York strip steak was cooked perfectly.the giant pieces of cake were delicious. The waitress' personality really made the dinner top notch.

Ate here on Father's Day at 5pm. We had a great experience! I don't remember their Steaks being so tasty! But they were phenomenal! We tried several cuts- filet, NY Strip, Ribeye, and T-bone! They were all cooked perfectly and everyone in our party of 7 was happy. Our server, Jessica M, was very attentive with refills which is always a plus. We had no problem getting seated since we were there at 5: 00 just as it starred getting busy. But I would suggest that on holidays, they should take reservations or even call ahead seating so that they're prepared for the larger parties. Just as we were sat, there were 3 parties of 10 that all came at the same time and all were told they don't take reservations which left the hostess and wait staff scrambling to figure out where and how to seat them all. But like I said, we were extremely happy with our Father's Day dinner here!

Even when it’s crazy busy, our food always comes out quick. I just stick to the sirloin, but the chicken tenders are my favorite too.

Our server was Ginger she is super sweet and one of the best even in the pandemic she worked harder then anyone and the food was awesome and well cooked steak. Hope the manager reads this because yall have the best servers good to see smiles friendly staff

Was disappointed that they didn’t have the lamb chops so I ordered the ribeye it wasn’t prepared properly so I asked them to re do it, they prepared another one for me and it was right either but I just left it be if you are famous for steaks you should know how to cook them correctly

For as much as they charge you would think that management would hire a cleaning crew. I have never seen so much dust in my life. The picture frame right above my table had about 2inches worth of dust qnd countless spiderwebs. Even the little lamp had a spiderweb dangling from it. No wonder they keep it so dark. GROSS

Was great to finally meet Michelle the manager. He was super friendly and seemed to care. Was glad I called corporate to let them know about this location. Also it was pleasant to see a 99 score posted on the door upon walking out. Will only go to this Longhorns from here on out!

Hey you know what they say, it's not when they mess up, but how they fix the mess up. Steak came out over cooked and 5 mins later boom brand new pink steak hot off the grill. No questions asked. Thanks.

The service was excellent. Unfortunately the food was cold and stale. The bread was inedible, the baked potato was overcooked, and the French onion soup was too salty to eat. Hopefully, when the labor shortage improves so will Lonhorn's food.

We luckily found seats at the bar on a busy evening. The bartenders and service was great. The food came out quick and was tasty. Great atmosphere where strangers around the bar were all nice and engaging with each other.

Great steak, just the service was a little slow. If the service wasn't slow it, I would have given it 5 stars. But it was still very good.

My husband and I visited this location and the service was excellent. Our server Maggie did a great job. She was friendly and attentive and we will definitely ask for her the next time we visit

Not sure, but I think they might be short staffed. Service was not poor, but our wait staff seemed to have a lot on her proverbial plate.

We had a great experience there.we all ordered either New York strip or Ribeye and both were very well prepared. Our server was super nice and very accommodating. Would definitely go there again.
