Just a very unpleasant visit both times we've been in the past week. On top of the sales people following us around like we're gonna somehow steal a couch, the first thing the salesman said to my wife when she wasn't interested in the over priced couch is "we offer financing" won't be back. In fact we went and bought a couch right down the road. The one lady that helped us the first time she was really nice. But the owner would not allow her to leave our side.

Genuinely friendly people they care about their customers and go out if their way to make you happy can't sayvenough good things about them!

April Merritt is so talented. She has helped me in my home and with a rental property. Well pleased with the quality of furniture, pillows, & window treatments purchased from Lott's Furniture.

Lott's Furniture, in Waycross, GA, is one of my favorite furniture stores. Friendly and thorough customer service; offers a wide variety of name brand furniture; showrooms are appealing to those who love Southern Living style.

The quality of the furniture met my expectations; it is perfect for the space. The customer service was great. I will return in the future due to the courtesy of the personnel and the quality of the product.

From my first phone call to Lott's, I was impressed. First off, a real person answered the phone and promptly connected me with a sales person. Kristen was professional and knowledgeable about the lines they carried and what they had in stock. There were no long waits on the phone and no waiting days for thorough responses to my questions. Kristen had quotes to me in short order and was most professional and helpful. When I visited the store, I was impressed with the quantity of inventory and the upscale lines Lott's carries here in South Georgia. All in all, my interaction with Lott's and Kristen receive an A+.

David Bokor is my “go to” guy at Lott’s for all my home furnishings. I’ve been working with him for years and have found that if they don’t have what I want in the store, he searches high and low to find what I want.

Came all the way from Tallahassee to #askforApril! She was awesome and was.prepared for before we got there. She showed us the best product for our budget and we can't wait to sleep in our new bed!

We were early for our appointment with April Merritt, yes she was standing at the door to greet us with a smile. I don’t know what my style was nor what fabric I really wanted.
