Lowe's Home Improvement, Dalton GA

Lowe's is always a great place to shop. Sometimes their prices are a little higher, but they usually have a better selection of whatever I need, than other similar stores.

We had trouble trying to determine ONLINE (and on the phone) the date our order was to arrive. Nobody seemed to want to take the time to help as I was transferred to 6 different “experts” with still no help. We went to the Dalton store where Hannah in customer service took the time to find what we needed. She was so sweet and helpful to us. I don’t know her last name, but she is definitely an asset to the Dalton Lowe’s!

They had what we were looking for but found out later that the same things at Walmart would have been cheaper although Walmart would not have had everything.

It's definitely the place to get home improvements stuff but customer service is terrible. No one will help you.

The employees at this store are fantastic. The manager is very, very nice. I could go in here everyday just to walk around and talk to people

Refused my friend's military discount but she didn't have the i.d. On her. They did say she could come back and collect the discount later. Fair but this has never happened before at this or any other Lowe's.

No one spoke to me in 30-40 minutes in the store very nearly including the cashier who rang me up who only said, "You're done. You can go. ", when my transaction was finished. Customer service could have only been worse if someone threw something at me.

And they say Lowe's is a store for men, ha I beg to differ. I was on the garden side, decor, lights etc and I was there for 4 hrs looking at all the new items and totally forgotten about the time lol. I just wish Lowe's had a layaway so I could get some things I wanted. I really like the way the store is set up, it's well stocked, clean, friendly staff, all around great visit.

I did a online for straw 20 bales birdbath. Flag I got everything but the birdbath I got charge 3 times for that birdbath it went to Cleveland than to Chattanooga cause they didnt have it at their store. I never never got the birdbath.big lesson to learn.never again. I called told them. No one would help me just pass me to the next person.

Sales associate are well trained and helpfully. You can fine verity tools there. Light collections. Openfrom 6 am to 10 pm almost all weekday my closed early at 8pm

Passed by 23 employees and not one said may I help you. I made eye contact with several 15, I think.

Often times they have unadvertised specials, especially off plants and trees. These savings are generally summer and late fall.

Everything I need for home and yard as well as animals and pest control. Excellent conditions helpful employees. I go there before anywhere else.

Couldn't find any one to take time to help us most of them where to busy on their cell phones I'll never go in there again

Saul was very helpful with my online order in-store pickup. He had to look up my name an order number since I couldn't find my email. But then I did find my order number and he was very patient with me

Order a window last month had to have it special made one month and ten days still no window asked for my money back.

All the staff are great and helpful they go the extra mile to help you out and they give us vet's A discount.

Just don't care anymore after serveral bad experiences with them only now go if Sunday and my mom and pop store is not open that I can get the triple amount of product same as Lowe's brands for a 1/3 price of Lowe's the rude female manger they had lost me as a customer and my son quit because of her also
