Lowe's Home Improvement, Fort Oglethorpe GA

One of the better Lowes in the area. Their customer service is spot on, and they don't have all of their carts stacked with stock like most other Lowe's seem to do. I'll drive further just to visit this location.

Like this location. Mostly well stocked & staff are more knowledgeable than competitors next door. It can get busy during certain times but I try not to go early weekdays when contractors are there or weekend mornings when DIYers are sticking up. If you must then be patient.

They give discounts to veterans & allow well behaved dogs on leashes.

Great and my wife loves the new gas logs I got for her. Friendly people to help you with what you need.

Excellent Service from Anita Patrick in the Customer Service and Returns Department. She has helped us several times and has been very helpful. Keeps us coming back.

I love Lowe's, they are the store with a heart. We walked in to get tile and look at paint colors, we were greeted by a smiling man as soon as we walked through the door, which is something you never see in other stores anymore. And my heart was touched by the VETERAN ONLY parking spots. <3

I've always been more prone to shop at Home Depot but this store changed my mind. I moved to the area back in May and I spent a lot of time both here and in the Home Depot right beside it buying things for the house. This store has better prices and 9 times out of 10 the employees have been friendlier and more helpful than their neighbors, I get most of my supplies here now. Also they give all military members both active and veteran a discount, Home Depot used to but they changed. Good job guys

I'm a huge fan of Lowe's. I absolutely love their garden Dept. But, in general. I like the store as a whole. Employees are friendly, very helpful and most of the time. Prices are great.

Excellent experience. I'm no handyman so I asked a employee in hardware named Kevin for assistance on three separate supplies I needed. Kevin was busy at the moment and took the time like a good employee should and helped me gladly with a smile. It's hard to find good help anywhere so Thanks Kevin and thank you Lowe's!

There was a bit of a line at the registers, but within 5 minutes there were two other cashiers ready to ring up customers. Lowe's!

Web site indicated you had the product I was looking to purchase. Gave the aisle and the bay numbers, but when we went to the store they had no such product. Found the product at your competitor Home Depot.

Another great place to find all your home improvement needs. Within 5 miles of pretty much anywhere you might be working.

They had the water heater element and tool I needed in stock. They didn't carry the dryer heating element I needed, but an employee told me what appliance stores nearby carried it. He was right, and it was a great recommendation. Also, I love taking my dogs there for outings.

They ask me for over a year to buy from them but won't even price match home depot so I'll go to home depot where they appreciate the $100,000 a year i spend there

Walked in at almost 9pm. Was immediately greeted with, what can I help you find this evening? I hand the guy a water heater pop off valve, I didn't say anything, as he turned around and started walking. He walked straight to the actual one that matched, handed them both to me and said, do you already have plumbers tape? Is there anything else I can help you with. Done. In and out in less than 5 minutes.

They need more help too many people that aren't informed about what they're trying to get it's not just for contractors

I like this Lowe's but it would be nice if the parking lot entrance was more convenient and one didn't have to drive around the back if Applebee's.

Enjoyed going there the people were nice asking if I needed help and didn't have to ask for there help that's a plus, they have a good crew

Lowes is a great place they don't have necessarily all the stuff that Home Depot does but what they do have is customer service and amazing one at that

Ordered windows back in August. Paid for them in full. Still waiting for the largest window to arrive in good shape so it can be installed. 4 attempts later still waiting. Asked for some compensation for this delay. Taking time off work to be home and colder weather setting in. Seems to me Lowes wont contact me anymore to work thru the problems. Have gone to Corporate and get the same response. Wont return calls or build a relationship. Guess Im not worth their time

But checkout was slow and while shopping no customer service person in sections that was able to assist happily
Also no assist in loading
