Needed a grass trimmer, had a craftsman on sale and i bought an electric pressure washer also on sale to try out. Not bad!

I needed a water filter for refrigerator. Lol I asked for an air filter. She say don't you mean a water filter. Glad she knows her stuff! Thanks for Making Beer Cold Again.

Prices were high asked an employee where to locate something and he acted like I committed a crime atmosphere was aweful

Lowes has almost every thing you need, but terrible customer service! How can you sell a product that was already sold. Wow! Beats the h*** out of me! Then made us wait almost an hour before we were informed! Go figure!

I found what I needed BY MYSELF There were barely Some Sales Associates to helo find where things are!

I went thru 3 people for help, the 4th employee made a call over the intercom for a specific person to come & help me. After waiting no one ever came so I walked all over the store, saw an EE & asked if he would help me. He did not hesitate & found just what I needed & he was very knowledgeable even tho he didn't work in that area which was elbow piping. He was the 5th employee I had asked for help. Seems most employees at Lowes aren't really interested in helping their customers. I wished I had gotten the 5th EE's name that did help me because he is the only reason I gave 4 stars. He himself deserved 5 stars, Lowes I would give one star.

It was just a curbside pickup but it was ready in literally minutes and only 5 minutes max wait time.

Waited over 45 minutes for a service in window/door section 2 Sunday’s ago. After several attempts to get someone with no luck I left. Seems the major thing in short supply is good customer service.

Lowe's service has gone down significantly since the new CEO took over. The selection is poor. The customer service manager had such a negative attitude towards her customer. I don't understand how she was appointed to the role. If the board does not take necessary actions, I predict that Lowe's will be going down the path of being eliminated. Home Depot will eat its lunch unless the top leadership changes its attitude and treats customers as their blood line, not the other way.

Refused to honor return policy on generators. Online clearly states 30 day return on "like new" generators and outdoor power equipment. 14 days after purchase they refuse to honor the return policy because it was changed due to a hurricane. It wasn't changed when I purchased the item. Last time shopping at this particular Lowe's.

Always have what I nees, great prices, Great service, employees very helpful and you can use their website and find where prices are and go right to them!

Went on a Sunday for interior paint. Didn’t have to wait for service long at all. I brought in paint I had previously purchased to have it retinted a different color. They did so without any added costs.

It's always clean when I visit. The guy was very helpful and friendly helping to place the lawnmower in my car.

Still have my lawn mower for service this time it’s been three weeks and no word summers almost over

Found everything I needed for my current project. They opened a checkout line just for me. Bonus!

Disappointed, I received an email that my product was ready for pick up but the clerk said it wasn't there and wouldn't be there till the end of the week.
