Plenty of stock and good prices, but due to the labor shortage, there's insufficient cashiers so long lines at the few registers open.

The employee who helped me load 20 boxes of flooring was wonderful. Hard working and friendly. I also bought two patio chairs that were locked up, but no one could find the person who holds the keys to the lock. So I waited for about 30 mins. They should leave a copy of the key for these things with the cashiers. Thankfully I’m a bit tired anyway so chilling waiting on my locked up Adirondack chair isn’t feeling so bad right now lol.

Dealt with a very pleasant young lady by the name of Kesha, in the Appliance Section today in Stockbridge-She has excellent customer service skills. Not only was she very pleasant to deal with, but she was also very patient and very kind. THANK YOU KESHA!

Experience was below average. Where is the customer service we have grown accustomed to? Customer service is non-existent at this store and others.

Waited over an hour for an instore pick up for appliances and was told they were busy handling other customers but the cashier called for someone 4 time smh very unsatisfied ill be going to Homedepot for now jwn

Had an employee looking for a 26 inch toolbox top piece for me. He said they only had 1 in stock. The website said the same. I walked around and found three. When he went to track one down in a box, he was going to get it down. I looked up and read the box.it was a 52 inch. He didn't know the difference. Good luck shopping here people. You will need to lend a hand lol

I've purchased a brand new kitchen stove oven by Frigidaire from Lowe's to be about almost two years ago in mid May of 2019, and I also purchased a set of Worx battery operated tools known as the Worx portable battery operated pressure washer, and both the Worx portable battery operated leaf blower & grass trimmer of that same year during the 4th of July holiday.

Only place that had the fridge I wanted and had it in stock and Deliver and install on a Sunday. I bought it immediately.

Will Not take CFL's for recycling. Manager of the store said it was corporate's decision, she didn't know why they made that decision.

We only visited the garden center the staff was friendly and helpful and no wait in the line. Would recommend this store well-stocked.

Just about every day of the week I am in search for wood fence Lowe's is definitely the place to pick that up or have it delivered they have the best in town and usually the best prices

Always find what i need here and if you can't find something just ask an associate who is always happy to help

This is the most unprofessional place to do business they will Rob you with made up policys I would choose home Depot any days the staff is unknowledgeable.

Bought washer and dryer here at a great price. The sales associate was helpful and easy to with.

Lowe's is going down hill. Nobody to help me get a 220# saw on my cart and 20 minutes for someone to help me get it in my vehicle. Very dissatisfied

The thing i like are the plants at half price take em home and revive them. But then the cashier treats you like a thief. They act like your stealing dead plants. Some aren't marked but their dead do they really think your going to pay $9.00 for a half dead plant? It's really insulting

Overpriced compared to anyone else. But you can find what you looking for if it's not in home Depot.

Went to buy a riding lawn mower.took 30min. To get someone in the department. Had to go to the service desk. Only to tell us to look around that was the only lawn mowers thay sold.didn't offer to order it on line or anything.thay will never get a dollar from me at this Stockbridge store.

They had the stripped paint and board stretcher that I needed. The jerks at Home Depot told me that no such items existed. LIARS!
