Lowe’s on Bobby Jones has an excellent selection to choose from if you are looking for flooring if any kind. They also have a wide variety of plants and flowers to choose from. Many people don’t realize that they always have a section in garden center of plants marked down to more than half off.
In the paint section, they also have a discount section that they sell returned paint or paint that was ordered but not picked up. The prices are incredible. Just ask them where the “mis-tint” section is!

Sitting in there parking lot right now with 5k to spend. I'm forced to leave with the same amount because after 3 attempts and 30 minutes I still have no assistance getting a backpack blower down from the shelf. To hell with this place. No stars

Sales people Steve (flooring) and Shane at the pro desk are THE BEST EMPLOYEES I have experienced in YEARS. Steve stayed with us start to finish in choosing the right flooring and even help load our product. Shane expedited the sale and made it a very enjoyable experience

Trash. They hung up on me twice, and they left me on hold for 30 minutes, no answer. Customer service, get right. Also, do NOT get things delivered from this location

If I could give this place -5 stars I would. Ordered a refrigerator and delivery was supposed to be today. Never received the refrigerator, never received a phone call for delivery. Was told that they couldn't find my address on GPS so the turned around. Came to the store they was rude and no real help. Long story short no refrigerator for my new house. I will never ever come to lowes again.

The garden center was very organized it was clean and the personnel there were very very helpful and I just want to say thank you lowes being so great

Hard to find anyone to assist customers. I asked several people who worked there for assistance, but it was "I don't work in this department, but I'll send someone over" never happened. After waiting for 45 minutes I left the store to take my business elsewhere.

Lowe's is fantastic, seems as
we go there every week. We have spent lots of money, more than I know. Some how you need to get the staff built back. That would be a great help.

Bought lawn mower that lasted only a week mowing regularly mowed lawn took it back and they said there was no record of me purchasing it yet it was bought at that store and that box so I've got to wait until Lowe's of North Augusta store puts that on my credit card but they gave me the lowest credit card to be able to get the mower swapped out or refunded. But I can walk in there with too much PVC pipe that we bought one day and get a full refund on the extra fittings I'm returning because I had too many. Somebody is lying

Don't be in a hurry if you're going with questions or need assistance. Finding a sales associate was very difficult; when one did show up it was with a phone and answering customer questions on it. I stood there about 5 minutes waiting to get my question answered. But the young man was knowledgeable and able to help.

My first order, I didn't want to go inside. This location is to far and to busy. But the young lady Makala was so helpful and I was not. Didn't know what I was doing. I prefer N Augusta, SC. That location has a calm effect on me. I'm sorry that they can't accept tips.

Look to see if they had lawnmower blades in stock for troy built 42 inch deck found them cheaper at tractor supply $8.00 cheaper for same ones brand and part #

Even though my son and was not able to return a particular item. The agent Dee was able to assist me. He went over and beyond his job description. Way to go Dee at Lowe's on Bobby Jones Expressway. Stores need more employees like you who genuinely care about their customers.

Plenty of registers they all took cash. Take notes Walmart yall slippin. Plenty of ac and really not that crowded. Noone really wearing mask in there though. Didn't have any problems getting some help in finding the specialty tool I needed. Keep it up Lowes yall killin it.

Everything was well even though they had changed the store a little since the last time I was there everyone was helpful for helping me find what I needed

Easy to find what I needed good help cut my boards to fit in store. Also got my veterans discount. Vets don't forget that vets.

Smooth shopping, a little surprised that I was the only customer in a very large garden section maybe had something to do with the time I was there

I just moved to the Augusta area and I am here often I rate this store a five because it is fully stocked, staff are friendly and very helpful.
