Lowe's Home Improvement, Hinesville GA

The overall store is pretty good, however there are certain employees in the paint department that need customer service training.

John in the plumbing was running around helping other customers when I want back there to get parts for a plumbing job. I couldn't find the fittings I needed. The area was disorganized, but he volunteered to check the top racks to see if they were there and he found them. Most of the time the people are not that helpful. I did a self checkout then called the store to compliment on his willingness to help and was on gold for at least ten minutes before I hung up. John did good Lowe's in general not so much.

You'll making change and not putting labels on the merchandise; swishing the lumber's and no install a sign to the customers and explaining.
The store is not broken why fix it?

*UPDATE* Don't go to the pro shop desk, they act like you don't belong there, and won't acknowledge you need help. The one guy refused to help my husband and I to go carry on a convo with someone outside when we were standing in line for over 15 minutes. If you're unable to get to a customer, at least let them know you'll get to them as soon as you're able. No need to hide behind your computer screen to avoid eye contact either. Had to lower my rating due to this experience.

Other than the rude associates at the pro desk, Lowe's is one of my absolute favorite places to shop! Five stars to the other departments especially the door area!

Couldn't find a person to help me unload my return item they called for someone to help me the lady at the return line tried to get someone to help me they were very helpful and nice

They are resetting product throughout the store. Hopefully it makes things better, but it’s been a mess. Way finder signs and app are wrong.

Every time I go to this store the employees are incredibly helpful and eager to ensure you get what you’re looking for. Thanks to John from the plumbing section today I was able to find the right part I needed for a toilet repair. Highly recommend shopping at this Lowe’s for the best experience.

Although the customer service is great, the conditions they have their employees to work in are sad. Walking into the garden section they have their employees standing in the rain and cold. There is no where for them to stand and stay warm.

I ordered a door 6 weeks ago haven't heard from them and it has not come in yet and no one's know anything that tried to play me l got my money back and want to Home Depot love the people there.

Employees are rude and have no intrest in helping customers. I came to buy a pallet of concrete mix for the company I work for and they were to busy on break or talking to each other to get it for me so I went to ACE had my pallet loaded in less than 10 mins

Andrea T in flooring has outstanding customer service! She is amazing and very knowledgeable about her product! She has went above and beyond for me every time I came into her department! I will return every time to lowes just because of her! She definitely puts a smile on my face every time I come into this location! Andrea has gained my trust and I will forever be a customer! We live out of town but stopped in to get my Daughter who lives in Hinesville a grill for her birthday. Everyone there was really nice and helpful. I must have spoken to five employees and each one of them was extremely helpful. Very refreshing to see a store ran this well. Hats off to the store Manager and the entire team. Any time we are visiting and need anything we will stop in! Thanks again

Decent place veteran friendly, but i hate to say it I've always thought Home Depot was more helpful and has a better selection. Especially in my area i only shop at Lowes out of necessity. Nearest Home Depot a little over an hour away, but i definitely take the drive for bigger projects.

The cashier had the personality of a rock! She acted like I was interrupting here conversation with a co-worker. Lowes is going downhill because of the quality of the employees. I asked for help with a cordless drill and after waiting for over 15 minutes I walked away and ended up buying my drill at Home Depot!

This store is ok. The garden area is always organized and well distributed. The store itself is not bad. The only bad thing about this store is the Customer Service at the Pick Up area. In this area some of the employees are inconsiderate and unprofessional. Sometimes there’s a whole line of customers and only one cashier working. I spent almost 1 hour waiting to pick up my order while the employees were there just chatting and talking about personal things. The phone rang plenty of times and no one answered. This needs to be addressed by the manager who seems to never be around.

We got 80 2X4X10 AND HAD TO PUT THEM ON A CART AND LOAD THEM I THINK A FORK LIFT WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER MY SON SAYS MAMA WE WILL GO ELSEWHERE NEXT TIME WITH IS NOT LONG AWAY WE JUST GOT 110 ABOUT TWO WEEKS AGO

Lowe's in Hinesville is without any doubt the worst they have, you never can get any help with anything in the store and when you do it's like talking to a 1st grader. The costumer service sucks to. Say the least. I'll never spend another penny in that store. I'll drive 100 miles and pay twice as much before they ever get another dime out of me.
