Lowe's Home Improvement, Waycross GA

Terrible customer service (Appliance Department). I have purchased appliance’s from them and had horrible experience with each purchase. I tried to tell the lady at the lowes. Com site that although I live in Waycross I prefer the Douglas store. The lady at lowes. Com assured me that I needed to stick with my home town store and I would not have another issue. Well once again this store failed (different issue) but still same department and horrible customer service. The appliance dept is awful. Sad, this is the department most of my purchases are made. Next visit with Douglas, if denied. I will no longer purchase appliances from lowes. I would love to explain each issue, but I get upset simply telling my story. Trust me. They lie, do not try to locate products, sometimes they simply don’t call you merchandise, even deliver damaged merchandise This department is by far the worst I have ever seen and worked in retail many years. And I would have been fired. Something needs to change at Lowes’s.

Went for Black Friday sale. Met new manager. Big improvement. Helped me find amperage of Craftsman air compressor. Plenty of cashiers. No wait time. I purchase the air compressor for $99 dollars. Store atmosphere was the best I have sern
in a long time.

This is the worst Lowes I have ever dealt with! I ordered my appliances in the store and was told the day of delivery they didn't have my fridge. Ok I can wait not a huge deal. Well then the delivery guy calls me when he's 10 minute from my house and I missed him because I was out running se errands and was told they are supposed to call an hour before their arrival. So I was told they would be delivered in the morning. It's 3: 15 pm I do not have my appliances and anamcurrently on hold for the second time. The first time I sat on hold for 10 minutes waiting for them to find my order just for them to hang up on me. This place is a joke! I will never do business with this store again!

Wow the prices now on EVERYTHING is outrageous, especially for the working class. Government raises prices on EVERYTHING, all but our pay checks.

Great for veterans discount. May have to jump through a few hoops to get vet didcount. But hang in there. It really works.

Very nice and helpful staff. They had everything that I needed, and they were able to guide me right to it. In and out with no delays.

It has everything you need, finding is another thing. But I did find a young man that helped out today. I think they could lower their prices a little

Idiots everywhere. Good employees are few and far between or leaving for a better environment. Tons of bad attitudes when you need a little help. Driving to Brunswick Home Depot from now one. After recent experience with multiple employees it’s just not worth ruining my day. I miss the way it use to be!

Say what you will about BIG corporate businesses/stores. I had one of the BEST experiences I've had in a big corporate store in a long time.in the end.to me.it all comes down to the employees.at ALL levels.this location went above and beyond.
Imo.and for my experience.it reminds me that given the chance and maybe opportunity.a positive outcome is the end goal.a sweeter "end goal" when there are no expectations. I hope you find this true for you!

This is the only Lowes I have ever liked. There were actual people working there and didn't seem like a cavern of no help. It's the closest to being like Home Depot I've ever experienced.probably because this location has no competition in the area.

Been into the store to get something I needed 6 times now, all available and instock according to the store. When I drive all the way there though they are out of stock and any employees just say the counts must be off.nobody fixes them though! Employees are not helpful at all. I'll stick to the Camden store from now on.

Items priced at lowest possible retail price should be identified as such. Check out lines are always five or six customers deep and only one register being used other than self checkout.

Store was clean and well stocked, associates were helpful on the floor.

Justin was amazing in helping me to get a discontinued bathroom cabinet. He went above and beyond. Richard was easy to deal with also. I just want to say that Justin and Raymond done a great job in loading it up for me. Thanks for the help

She was so helpful and had good attitude.
Loaded bags of rock, potting soil, and 18 inch square stepping Stones. Wish all could be that helpful.

Stood at the paint aisle and waited for over a half hour for someone to help. Had a woman call someone twice to help me and saw multiple workers pass by and talk to eachother. Ended up leaving completely disappointed

The help is really slow to ask if you need help great variety and we'll stocked store except for plumbing I left the store having to go to another to get what I needed cashier's in back in contr, part was very helpful and always polite and respectful always willing to get you the help you need wasn't for them I would go other places

3 47¢ bolts, 3 77¢ bolts, 3 Lowes personnel, 20 minutes after I went through checkout still couldn't get checked out even after I let the line pass me. Left without my bolts. Bad experience. I hope this feedback is worth $3.75

My second home! We have a fixer upper and so are always at Lowes for something. Lots from the garden department! Thank you Lowes!

Very rude Cashier. No thank you, no courtsey At All! She was more worried about her fake fingernails and hair, and phone. Very Disappointed!

If you have an option for a Lowe’s to go to, don’t pick this one. Overworked and under caring staff, some have no knowledge and answer questions without obtaining factual information.
