Do better Lowe's of Vidalia. You can't close the only open checkout lane and then send people to customer service to checkout after they've been waiting for 10 min. Five employees walking around the customer service desk and I had to wait.again.

I'm not overly impressed with this Lowe's! Help in aisles is ok IF you can find them! Cashiers are most always overloaded but still have a smile.

Everybody was extremely kind and nice we met a lady named Taylor and she was this amazing so hard-working so kind and amazingly sweet she was wonderful

Sharp decline of service. Delivery order status of building materials is impossible. After two disconnects I’ve been waiting 17 minutes. Getting knowledgeable person about doors very difficult on a Saturday at 10AM. Person who did help had to go ask someone then sent me home with wrong materials. Competition has no worries…. Shop here last. Ace in my hometown is excellent.

Have been waiting on some interior doors to be restocked and found what I needed. Organization was a little off but it may have been customers not putting things back where they go as I have witnessed this numerous times.

Check your receipts. The last three times I've shopped Lowes, they've overcharged me by $20 or more. The shelf price does NOT ring up. They need to update their shelf prices before they increase the price on the database. It's bordering on criminal.

My last experience was the worst In Vidalia Georgia. I waited over 30 min for some help, called for it twice. Nobody ever came. Needs improvement on Customer service help on the floor

My pickup, that was purchased and paid for on Saturday was held to Monday for pickup. I returned to the store on Monday to be told my purchase could not be found. I ended up getting a refund which was good but the time I spent in the store on Saturday and Monday to find what I was looking for only to come back to the store to not have a smooth pickup transition was very disappointing. Now I'm still without a bathtub and that's aggravating and disappointing. I expect much better service.

Don't depend on workers to know if they have what you need in stock. My mother in law asked for top soil. She was told they did not have any. I located the top soil by just walking outside and looking. Not only did they have it they had several pallets of the product.

No customer service anymore
Most employees have a narcissistic quality to any interaction. The store layout was confusing and the store was overpopulated with weird and bothersome plain clothes security that were far from clandestine, leading to me leave and acquire my needs by shopping online.

MY HUSBAND STOOD OUTSIDE WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO COME AND GIVE HIM A PROPANE TANK HE HAD ALREADY PAID FOR. NOONE SHOWED UP AFTER HIS THREE EFFORTS BACK AND FORTH TO REMIND THEM HE WAS STILL OUTSIDE. AFTER HIS 3RD ATTEMPT. HE WALKED BACK TO THE CASHIER AND GOT HIS MONEY BACK. NOT A GOOD TRIP TO LOWES FOR HIM!

I was in and out quickly, I was looking for a Dehumidifier. They had a very good selection and I found one that fit my needs spot on. Everything went well and I am very Happy with my purchase.

"JD" in the appliance department is in asset!
He is friendly & knowledgeable about the products. It its a rarity to have a quality employee like "JD". He should be recognized as an OUSTANDING ASSOCIATE!

Had a bad experience there this weekend, bought a product only to open the box and see that it's used and does not work properly. So I went right back up there only to b disappointed by the fact that they will only give me my money back not exchange it. So j go to go grab another one, and loe and behold they dont have another one and any other brand is at the least 120$ higher because no other brand comes with the battery and/or charger.

We had a great experience! After shopping there was a couple in the parking lot that locked their keys in there truck. But thanks to team member JD. They were able to get their truck unlocked. It was after hours and freezing cold but yet he stayed. He was able to get their vehicle open. This is the kind of customer service that stands out above all the rest! There was a city cop circling the parking lot that stopped and refused to help! The police officer wouldn't even stay or lift a finger to help! But JD was right there! If it wasn't for JD there is no telling when this couple would have gotten home. Thank you JD for everything you do!

Great prices and easy to navigate. Gave 3 stars because the staff needs to be more attentive to their department. I had to look for assistance and they were sitting at a table on the computer. Then was told delivery would be one day and I never heard from anyone that day. I called the next day and was told it might not be that day either. Pretty poor service
