Always find what I'm looking for.some times you can't get help or it takes them awhile to help you. I bought a lawnmower and so far it's been a good one.

In June 2023 I contacted Lowes to setup an installation for a patio door and screen. I met with the Lowes consultant James Dezell he went over the next steps and he completed the first measurement. At the time I was please and out of the two companies I met with I decided to go with Lowes. James informed me another person will come by and look at the job before it's contracted out. Another guy did come stayed less then 10min and left informing me someone will be in contact with me. Waited for about a week and decided to contact the installation department only to find out the items are on back order and no update from James Dezell. So it's now going into July I called again each time getting a different person still items not in and was told I will get a call. So Waited well into the first week in August called again and was given a day for the items to arrive. I Waited a couple of weeks and finally the items had arrived but was told I will get a call to schedule installation. Got the call a couple of days later now it's August 23rd to set up the installation day. The young lady confirmed my items was there door and screen and scheduled me for the 29th of August. Then to turn around and get another call from a different person to change the date to September 1st 2023 today. I received the call from Lowes asking if I had the items of course no I don't. The installation company called to informed they are heading to Lowes to get the items then on the way to my home. Got the call from Lowes they couldn't find my work order 5th RED FLAG provided my cell number she was able to find it. What I couldn't understand and explained to the rep.doing the entire time Lowes called me on my cell and not the home number until today 1st September. The representative said she found what she needed and will get the installer loaded. Well guess what Lowes called back stating they did not have the door only the screen was special order and the consultant James Dezell order a product they no longer carry but the door i selected was a Pella brand on the Lowes website. I am livid and in silent tears, angry as hell and disappointed in how I've been treated. I called Lowes spoke with Sharonda the assistant manager and she confirmed the order was done incorrectly and the door was never there even though I called and confirmed it was several times. I went to Lowes after attempting to contact James Dezell several times with no success. I was not about to trust Lowes will automatically refund my money. I did get a full refund but I just cut up my Lowes credit card to never ever use it. I wasted 3 months waiting for Lowes and could have had my patio completed. I will post on yelp neighborhood and reviews. Have may family which one ownes a business and purchase supplies close their accounts with Lowes. I work in customer service and as a professional we thrive on our customers well-being word of mouth travel. People may forget what you say but never how you make them feel.

I got 2 nice flower pots, for my plants that I was given for my daughter who passed away from Covid-delta in October 2021.
So on a return visit to purchase a lawnmower on August 20th 2023. The staff was nice to help me put it in my car.

I used their "Minute Key" machine to copy a few keys. The keys did not work! I went to the Return desk and asked for a refund. Rep, Latrice (old, ugly, short black lady) advised me to go to Aisle 17 to ask another rep to copy the keys for me. There were not any keys available that matched my key!

She provided me with Minute Keys customer service phone number. She then smiled at me and asked, "Do you want your keys baby? " I told her the keys don't work, so why would I want keys that I can't use to open the door? Also, I advised her not to call her younger customers "baby. " She just laughed and threw the keys away, and walked away.

They went to complete self checkout. If we have to start checking ourself out we need a employee discount. Why should we have to check ourself out for a multi million dollar store so they can save a few bucks?

Everyone was very polite and helpful. Even the sales associates that were not in their area of expertise helped as best they could. That's why I go there.

Locked Garden Center Gates at Peak Landscaper Shopping Hours

I have reported this so many times it is utterly ridiculous. I have called about it, I have texted about it, and I have actually even spoken to people at this store about it. You say it will be addressed. Well it may have been addressed but it certainly has not been resolved. Or is this your idea of customer service? If so then you just slapped a customer in the face. For your information its not a good thing to slap your customer unless that is what your customer wants. Lowes you need to understand who your customer is.

Just know that if you get a delivery or need any help at all you’ll just be transferred around. You may actually have to drive to the store and get someone to help you like I did. Even once in the store all the associates assisting me were not forthcoming even though I happened to come 2 1/2 hours before closing. I actually was purchasing two appliances and was told that this wasn’t my only option and there were other stores. I’ve always come to Lowe’s since it is closer to my house, I’ve always ran in to get things for the house, but I’ve never experienced this.

Update07/05/2023: I was finally able to reach a manager who apologized for the delay and even allowed me to get the desired washer at sales price. The new delivery team was nice as were the last, but these guys installed and checked to make sure everything was level. Unfortunately as I was doing what was instructed and running the first cycle is how discovered this washer machine was also defective. I called the store again asked to speak to a manager and was told no, no one is around. The guy who answered called the warehouse which is who I guess runs the show when having things delivered as I was told I was on THEIR time now. Oh? Sorry for me to inconvenience you with broken merchandise delivered to me. So silly of me. Anyway I don’t encourage anyone who needs to make a major home purchase to come here as if any issue arises you’ll be talked down to and further inconvenienced, frustrated and you’ll get the slowest resolution imaginable. My advice to Lowe’s customer care? Get a better process implemented and have your associates take a course in customer care because this was horrible. I’ll also continue to document this until they come pick up the appliance (whenever they deem ready) and I receive my money back.

I'm sitting on hold as I type this. I've been on hold for almost 15 minutes. I'm calling to try to find out why they've delayed the shipping for my order for a second time (almost a week after the original expected delivery date). Very unsatisfied with this customer support so far.

I have been trying now for several days to get status on delivery of patio furniture that was scheduled to be delivered last week. No one ever answers the phone and when they do you are placed on hold after which someone continues to pick up the phone only to say please hold. This has gone on for 2 days. I'm calling my credit card company to cancel the order since I cannot speak with anyone at the store.

I like lowes, my son works there. My friend and i walked in, my friend asked where ear plugs and she told us isle 18. We walked isle 18, no ear plugs, so we ask a gentleman that worked there and he took us to isle 14.

This location appears to be short of staff. It took us a while to leave due to lack of assistance at the registers. As customers, the store staff did acknowledge us by saying, " thank you for your patience. "

Bought a brand new Craftsman T3200 riding lawn mower from the Fayetteville, Georgia Lowes today. The customer service was outstanding, especially Scott. Helped me out with everything. Was unable to to try/crank the mower at Lowes due to them not having any gasoline for the mower. After getting the lawn mower home and gasing it up, I discovered the battery was completely dead and had to jump start it. After letting it run for over an hour hoping it would charge the battery, it would not hold the charge. I called up to the store and spoke with Scott who helped me earlier. Scott rectified the issue with no problem, unlike other Lowes that I have dealt with. Just all around great customer service! Thank you Fayetteville Lowes!
