Lowe's Home Improvement, Kennesaw GA

We ordered AND PAID FOR a gas stove in October and it is almost February and to date no installation. Today despite the lack of communication between their measuring, installation, ordering and delivery department they are now trying to get us to pay ANOYHEF $400 to have a stove installed with no installation date! This is the worst company ever. BEWARE! Trying to reach Store Manager Districg Manager given fake names when I called the store.

It was my first time going to this Lowe's. We went to get soil and plant food. I wanted to avoid the Miracle Gro brand altogether and the gentleman working in the garden section was very helpful. I'll have to say that there wasn't a great variety of plant food and soil to choose from outside of the Miracle Gro brand. I also thought their clearance on the houseplants was a little high as well. Other than that, it was clean, and all employees were kind, high spirited and professional.

Found exactly what we need on the aisle listed on the app. Went right to check out with a very friendly cashier.

This store doesn't know what the words Customer Service mean. Absolutely terrible management. They refuse to let you speak to a district or regional manager. They do not stand by their products and advertise false claims. Do yourself a favor and drive to Home Depot, it's just up the road.

The stores staff might be good but Lowe's is refusing to honor their "1 Year Guaranteed Warranty" - So just in case you were wondering that is why this is a 1 star review. Lowe's refusing to stand behind their products.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH LOWES! They do not stand behind their products, advertised warranties or their customers who spend crazy money with them. Do yourself a favor and go to Home Depot.

We LOVE Lowes. My husband and I frequent this store weekly. They always have a great selection of flowers this time of year, plus everything else a homeowner needs!

Lowe's Corp seems to care about their Customers again. When you walk in the store your greeted by workers and can actually find one when you're looking for one.

If you happen to pull into Lowe's, do yourself a favor and map out the nearest Home Depot or Are Hardware. Do NOT Give Lowe's any of your money. The Home Depot in Acworth/Kennesaw is much nicer and the customer service is leaps and bounds better. Seriously, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Very helpful staff and reasonable pricing. I went in needing a specific item but couldn't find. Two employees took the time to check computers to find 9ut if product was in back since we could not locate on floor. Honestly, that's rare customer service these days and MUCH appreciated!

My favorite home improvement store in Metro Atlanta. The staff is always so helpful unlike their competitors down the road. I love that they have special parking spaces for veterans and give me the veterans discount every visit and I don't have to ask for it. They've saved my information into my Lowe's membership card.

I like this lowes because they have a great selection of appliances. The prices are very good and service is great. You can't go wrong buying from them.

My husband and I have gone here several times. Pretty good store-we have always found what we needed and more. It has its own traffic light, a big plus for me!

Store Manager personally came out to assist me on today's visit and was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

Location was very clean and the employees were extremely friendly and helpful. I had trouble finding a specific tape measure I needed to survey some land and the guy in the back went out of his way to help me.

Definitely better than Home Depot. Plus they actually honor military discounts. Unlike the aforementioned store who puts so many rules and restrictions on it, they might as well not even have one.

Always clean & most of the time we can always find what we want here. It's not as busy as the Orange box store.

I would of thought after buying $900 worth of lumber and cement mix someone would have came and helped load. The cashier paged them 3 times but they were too busy goofing off in the back of the lumber isles to help.

Very clean and friendly people. Great customer services. Price is bit high compare to Home Depot and Walmart.
