Order a $1900 Gas Range I was advised would be delivered between 4: 45pm and 7: 45p.

I called Lowe’s at 5pm and again at 7pm to check status of delivery I was advised I was up next ETA 845pm I’m like how when the Kate’s was 745pm

730 I get an email saying my order was delivered I called Lowe’s No one answered, I called customer service they was closed for the night!

The Worst I waited and waited NO Show but they had audacity to send an email saying my order was delivered!

They don't have the staff they need too work, they don't have the tools too even cut glass or mirrors.

I regretfully have to post about this story. The inventory is wrong. If the app or website says they should have it, they don’t. They also haven’t bothered to update the items not in stock. Shop carefully.

Hard to find employees and when you finally find them and asked them a question they answered is I Don't Know

I came looking for a gas range. The store has like 4 gas stoves spread randomly across the appliance section and the pickle head lady was too busy to notice me looking and when I went to get help she was busy on a call and when she hung up she left to go assist another department. I'll just go to Home Depot where they atleast talk to the customers. Oh.and let's put prices on the product so I can leave with some information.

Never realized how much I love this place. I'm renovating my bathroom. I love the selection they have.

Nobody never knows where anything is! Then they tell you to download their app. SMH you should be the one to download the app you work here!

Absolutely horrible customer service. After normal business hours and the supervisors leave there's no accountability. No departments answer their phone even customer service number.

Dont go here expecting help unless you track it down yourself. Employees will walk past you like your not there. I tried to flag one lady down, asking her first " high how are you". Her reply was "I'm fine" and she kept walking. Wow!

Definitely not big on customer service. Solicited help from two associates in finding drawer guides. One told me to check on 15 or 16. After that did not pan out other one told me to look on 12. Found some but with no direction did not know what to get so I left. On my way to Home Depot. Honestly, I get better customer service there.) i (

Went to go buy some wood and i needed a few pieces cut and they saw was down. So i just left everything in the basket and went to home depot.

Hardly anyone around to assist and the store seemed quite busy. I have noticed this trend and most all the home improvement stores including their competitors. This was during the week and corporate probably only let's them boost employee hours during the weekend. Store does run out of sale items so get there earlier than later.

Service was extremely SLOW! I've used this store before and thought that maybe the help was just having a hard day, but this is the third time the help acted like they didn't really value my time. I'll go to Home Depot from now on. Very disappointed!

I love to shop at Lowe's, Their associates are great, The price of their products is very reasonable, and there is always a wide variety from which to choose.

It really depends on who is working. Tonight wasn't bad good Customer service from the individuals we interacted with this evening. Yesterday, the customer service was horrible most individuals were walking around as if no one was in the store or needed assistance. One individual was flat out rude for no reason. Hopefully their customer service will improve.

ARTHER (unusual spelling) in hardware section at this Lowe's gives outstanding customer service. He is polite, personable and extremely helpful. He made me feel like my business was most important. Hope Lowe's recognizes how valuable this employee is.

Lowes personnel are always friendly and helpful!
Store merchandised well, clean and shop able.
Lowes is my first choice in hardware needs.

I asked two individuals the location of a drain stopper.neither of them had a clue and tried to send me on a scavenger hunt. Finally.old school man to the rescue. The other two were new school and seemed to couldn't care less. Come on Lowes.train your babies!

Store personnel always friendly and helpful! Unfortunately they no longer carried the racks I was looking to purchase! Lowes is always my first choice!
