24On this particular date March 26 2021 at 6: 00pm it seemed as if they were having bad day there were hardly any employees working in any area of the store. I wanted over an hour trying to find someone to assist me in the bathroom vanity section of the store. After searchibg store over I had someone page an employee no one came finally I pulled a gentleman from the customer service desk to assist me. He was polite but the wait was just not a good look for the store I hope it gets better soon because I prefer them and would hate to take my business elsewhere.
Never shopping here ever again. Lowe’s has some serious issues with their website showing things available that aren’t available. I ordered a refrigerator and waited 3 weeks till the delivery date only to have it cancelled the day after it wasn’t delivered. Yes I called a thousand times on the delivery date trying to find out where the delivery was. Now I have no fridge. Plus this was purchased with gift cards from my home warranty company. So Lowe’s can’t even refund the gift card I have to wait another 5 days for a new one to come in the mail. So while all this is happening I’m missing out on the opportunity to buy the fridge I ordered that is available at a local store. To top it off the manager that grabbed the line told me there was nothing he could do and I had to wait for the gift card to come in the mail. This is unacceptable Lowe’s. I be a nobody to this business, as I’m sure they have millions of customers. But this is just sad customer service. I will never shop here again.
Very friendly several different employees helped us one was extremely helpful finding everything we were looking for.
Mostly nice helpful people. We had an ICB to pick up windows The pro-desk sent us to receiving. The lady (MARY) was extremely rude.
Went in to purchase a clothes dryer. The one we wanted was out of stock and would take a while to get.
It was crazy because only two cashier opened and customers were dropping there stuff and leaving.
Lowes had everything Home Depot didn't, except helpful employees. I go to Lowes because they have actual human cashiers, unlike Home Depot which has NO cashiers. After dealing with the most hateful cashier in the garden center, I'd rather go back to Home Depot. At least their self checkouts aren't hateful. I should have told her to take everything in my cart and stick it where the sun doesn't shine! Mike O'Brian, maybe you should give your employees a personality test and make them aware, if not for the customers they wouldn't have a job! I guess customer service disappeared like Mr. Potato Head.
Usually no staff to be found. When a staffer is finally found they tend to have the home improvement knowledge of the average third grader.
Staff has no clue what is in their department. They will intentionally turn and walk away if they think you need help. What's the deal?
Customer service here is horrible. Asked an associate to help me locate a faucet, showed her a picture of the numbers on the box I was looking for and she said “ how am I supposed to know”? And I said “you work here”? If you don’t already know your way around and where things are, don’t ask anyone because they don’t know either. And if you come to the store after 5: 00, there’s literally no there.
Luis was the only helpful employee. You can tell by how many times he was paged that he is the guy that gets things done! Very frustrating before we got to talk to him
It takes forever to get anyone to help. Even worse my wife and I turned on the help switch in appliances, only to have an employee walk up to us while we were standing there, not acknowledge us at all, and then turn off the help switch right in front of us and immediately walk away without saying a word. It was such bad customer service that it felt surreal.
Was shopping in garden center. MANY varieties from perennials to annuals, ground plants, shrubs and trees. Many types of container flowers plus terracotta, plastic in many colors and wooden containers for those wanting to do for themselves. Many service people who are knowledgeable about the plants plus quick service when you check out.
There wasnt any customer Service in the wood cutting section, we had to ask for assistance 4 times, by the time we checked out, the help finally showed up
Great place to shop for EVERYTHING that you would ever want or need for all your home improvement needs. Very helpful and friendly staff. Even has an isle with all Southwire products, that I have a hand in making and producing
Horrible customer service! I passed 5 employees and not one of them acknowledged me, said hello, or asked if I needed help.
No integrity at all. Picking up something simple, your good. Have a home project. DON'T DO IT HERE. They will screw up every aspect of the job damage your house and property and make you sue them to make it right. GO TO HOME DEPOT IF YOU WANT IT DONE RIGHT! I spent 15k for a very small kitchen and its still not done correctly almost a year later!
I love this Lowe’s, every employee is always very helpful and I love the prices that they have here.
Bad service couldn't find what I needed and employes didn't seem to know were things were. No one offered to help
It'd be nice if the employees here cared. Two female employees walk by with their noses in the air don't even bother asking if we need any help, just carrying on a conversation amongst themselves. Here's an idea, try hiring people that can do their damn JOB. Prices on things are cheaper which makes Lowe's better than most, but customer service is TERRIBLE!
