Macy's, Atlanta GA

Great sale today. I got 2 pairs of shoes at an unbelievable price at the Cumberland Mall location. The saleswomen were very professional and helpful.

Very clean and organized store. Found great formal and casual clothes at a great place. Make sure you look for the clearance items.

Visited the Cumberland location several times in last 2 weeks and each time the store was a mess (especially intimate apparel) and I had to search for an assistant in women's department. Clothes are always in heaping piles and there is alot that needs dusting and cleaned.

This rating is more for the employees, they were so helpful and offered such a pleasant experience. That's big, because Macy's is usually a small hit or big miss with customer service.

Now the store looked a little run down and lesser than Old Cumberland quality, however it wasn't terribly bad.

Rude employees, store is never organized, rudely disregarded my disability in the past. Will never shop here again.

Macy's is now and always has been the best department store ever. The staff and the selection is top notch.

I have always received the best most attractive service while shopping at Macy's.

Macy's is my first choice whenever I need anything. Their sales can't be beat! They stand behind everything they sell, and I've never had a problem they couldn't fix for me.

You have to search for an entrance but it is still nice to shop once you get in. The staff was super friendly and polite.

Staff was friendly, layout was the usual and merchandise was the same.a lot of stuff was on clearance for the change over of the season. The only down fall was trying to find an entry door. However that wasn't their fault, it was the property owners fault.

The cashier was nice. The rest of the wmployees are just not willing to be more attentive. I asked a young woman where the shows were. Her answer was what you wan. I mean really i understand minimum wage. But you can treat people the way you want to be treated.

My mom was always the Macy's shopper and I always enjoyed JC penny's but when I discovered that Macy's had an entire section of the store devoted to clearance I was super super happy.great selection of kids adults purses shoes undergarments ect. Love it

Some of the associates don't provide the best customer service. Not very attentive and pass the buck to other associates.

This store has a great selection of just about everything. I recently stumbled upon their furniture section that I didn't even know existed. They need to advertise more!

Macy's and it's sales, often reasonable prices is like having a woman you can't say no too. One of the best and complete men stores, cologne, jeans, sports and casual, dress.a little lacking in men's shoes especially dress but probably only store I go into and don't buy something. It's usually clean and organized even at peak times and they seem to understand big men like fashion too.

I used to shop at this location on a regular basis but the men's department is never in order. The Lacoste section is always a mess and you would think they would take better care of luxury clothing items. I'm very disappointed

Shoe department was Great the people were knowledgeable helpful and professional unlike my experience at the Lennox store the week before.

Impressive "anchor" store for this mall. The cosmetics department is well-staffed and has a dizzying selection. Although Macy's has much more for women, there are some good selections for men and children.

I've been coming to this location for years and I don't usually go to the mall but I really like this location.

I don't really shop or visit Macy's but I will say the service I received when buying my first set of luggage was great, nothing over the top but the cashier in that area was very helpful to assist me and had a pleasant attitude. The service was definitely good enough for me to find a reason to go in to Macy's.

I love the customer service. Guy Dior in the make-up area does an AWESOME job with the all around customer service. He slays & beats that face, while letting you know the best products too use for your specific skin type.

Nice Macy's department store in Cumberland Mall lots of traffic and shoppers at 1pm on a Saturday. They had some great sales but the sales staff was lacking somewhat in the ladies shoe department. I may return on a less busy day or just go to Lenox mall instead.
