Macy's, Kennesaw GA

This Macy's unfortunately is not as good as years past post covid. The merchandise is not of the best and the store looks very grim at times. It's just a sign of the times I guess, but I still frequent Macy's just not as often as before.

It is not my favorite Macy's to shop. Low stock in most departments. I am a fan of the store, but in other locations.

Price is what you expect from a department store, which is why it's not really for me. Not a great selection for petite or plus sizes. Bathroom cleanliness depends on the day.

It makes me sad to see how much Macy's has changed. This used to be my favorite department store. Now, I am lucky if I can find what I want in the store. I usually have to order it online.

This store and mall need to be updated. Not much for young men. Walked in and walked out 5 minutes later

Store was great in some places and in others it was a train wreck. Need better signage for juniors section on top floor. Not that it should matter in a department store but bathrooms were horrible. Definitely won't go back if I don't have to!

Really nice store but it's laid out a little bit strangely and I couldn't find Nike anywhere! Not as big of sales as I remember, so much was full price I looked at a plain white polo tee-shirt for my son and it was $70 I think? ! I thought there was always some kind of little sale on the types of brands. It's also a little bit strange that there are two Macy's. Men's and furniture gallery, and then across the mall is the women's and HomeGoods part

It is very sad the lack of variety that characterized them and the quality of the products, far from what they used to offer. It seems that they are looking for very cheap suppliers and there is no minimum quality control.

Store has truly gone downhill. Still higher prices and just not much of an experience to shop there like it once was.

I've never seen a Macy's dedicated solely to Men's wear and furniture. Nice store though

This location has a superior men's dept than Cumberland but vice versa for the womens/children

Fatima at the Macy's jewelry counter is TOP NOTCH! The most kind and reassuring sales person ever. Truly didn't push or pressure us to make a decision and helped to trouble shoot when Macy's credit card servicer was giving us fits. I will forever come back to see her. Such a refreshing experience!

I had the help of an exceptional agent from Macy's today. Her name is Gloria Garcia in the Town Center ladies department. She really excelled in helping me on two different transactions. I wish I could see this quality more often the retail world

This store happens to be just about as hood as it possibly can get. Trying to find a sales person is impossible, their clearance area, which is lovely, but thrown about everywhere on organized and just simply chaos. It’s very clear that the store is noticeably understaffed and the staff that are, there are far too busy juggling multiple jobs to be able to satisfy the customer service in which you come to expect from a place like Macy’s.

My favorite store. They have everything I need from clothes to cologne. I've been doing business since 04 on a regular.

Always a great experience here! I visited the backstage area for the first time and found some wonderful deals. Always on point for what I need, and the sales associates are some of the best.

I located Macy's Backstage on the lower level at Town Center Mall. Great deals for several departments!

My favorite Macy’s to shop in! Nadia in the shoe department was incredibly personable and helpful to me and my family. We will be back!
