This macys by far has the best men's store.at least from what ive seen and experienced. Wish they stocked 14s in Men. ‍️ Cant win them all.

Jessica in the women’s shoes department is the most rude, disrespectful employee I’ve ever met. I’ve NEVER had this experience from Macy’s and she and the manager Raquel are ruining your brand in customer service.

Good store. Look for discount sales. You can get merchandise in good deal. Customer service is good. Inside Perimeter Mall and in walkable distance from Dunwoody metro station.

No customer service good luck finding what you need. They are understaffed and the store needs to be cleaned and organized.

I purchased my 1st peice of furniture at Macy's, which I have always gone to Ashley's Furniture. It was the best decision for me. Excellent customer service, and I was not ignored like I was when I went across the street to Rooms to Go. Delivery was really a Ted carpet delivery. I was so happy with the setup and service for my Bedroom set I'm going to purchase my Living room set from Macy's

They have shoes with no price tags and shoes on display that's not in stock.i asked the sales associate to look up price and he said it doesn show in computer.very disappointed in Macy's because it usually upholds high standards

This is one of the worst macys i have visited as the collection is awful and it is always understaffed.

Quite a large Macy's. Men and women sections are different parts of the building.felt slightly intimidated going into the men's section as it feels weird male and almost no expectation of women being there, although I was buying pressie for husband. Not cheap but good range of stock. Some deals if you look hard.

Used to love Macy's. Have never seen such a poor selection! Searched for something for three hours and came home empty handed!

One more of Atlanta's best Macy's, with great selection and service. Hit them up during clearance sales, the choices are expansive.

They have many collections, not so crowded. Staff is not friendly they will either ask to buy credit card or ignore you

Love Macy's, just never believe the store manager. I asked her to hold something she said yes and then changed her mind while holding it and told me she can do that. Get what you're getting, but management is rude. North point mall location, only shop at because it's close, if you want great customer service go to Cumberland.

Good experience overall, but had an associate hovering over us while we were looking at furniture.

I just LOVE Macy's! I had two wonderful ladies helping me find my son a watch for his birthday. They searched their inventory and found the exact watch my son wanted and it was on sale! Yay. The sales associates are always so cheerful and helpful.

I wish I got his name (middle aged man, middle eastern or Indian) but the man in the men's cut department was very friendly and helpful. I was looking for a sport coat and he took my measurement and made some recommendations. I ended buying two coats and I like them very much.

They were clean and organized. Friendly! My only dislike is they don't have a big and tall for men. That huge mens section and nothing for the big and tall men.

Made me feel awkward doing a return of a fragrance I recieved for birthday. Was offered a gift card or return to the purchasers debit card even with my receipt. Smh
