Macy's, Atlanta GA

I ordered a pair of shoes and needed to exchange them at Macy's. The Associate at Northelake Macy's was excellent. She went to the shoe dept when I could not find the replacement size and found the shoe for me. That was Excellent Customer Service. I appreciated her so much.

Yes. Yes. Yes.if you want to sit back and enjoy FLAVORS on FLAVORS.their drinks and food are spot on. Every bite, through the entire chewing process.for anyone that underatands.food that isn't well seasoned / marinated.the flavor will only be on that initial bite. Not here.it was delicious the entire way. Very friendly and warm welcome from the Managers and Server. Glad we came herw.

My favorite place the only place you can wear an outfit have it a year and they will take it back if there is something wrong luv it!

Visit Macy's Backstage dept they really need to get better clothing look like its rejected items

They have a crazy sale going on right now. The step up is similar to a Ross or Marshalls, which I'm not used to, but it's neat and organized.

I was looking for earrings that Macy's no longer carries, and the sales associate was honest with me about that. I really appreciated that. She made my trip and wait worthwhile.

This is a smaller location. I could not find the perfume that I was looking for. "Story" I will go toPerimeter mall for this.

Ordered makeup online and was in and out in less than 5 minutes. The order was accurate and customer service was very speedy at checkout. Very pleased with this experience!

Clean store, friendly staff but the ceiling tiles in the area of the register by the beds really need to be replaced. They did have a great sale on towels!

The selection is small and they are under staff which makes for an unpleasant shopping experience if you need any assistance

They're having a GREAT sale, but pack your patience for the close-out area. It's a hot mess but has items from 65 to 80% off.

I had a Awesome experience! I went to the backstage area and it was just Wonderful! I found so many good buys. All the sales associates were very helpful! I work at the Macy's in Chicago and I definitely had a Great experience. When I come back to Atlanta, I will definitely be coming back to this Macy's!

The men's business clothing department was a disaster. Everything was in disarray - the ties were all jumbled up on tables and wrinkled. The slacks were completely disorganized. The overall selection of clothing was in very poor taste. The department was an insult to the Macy's name. I've never seen any other department in this store so trashed. The store obviously needs a new mens department manager and a new buyer. So disappointed.

I really enjoyed being at Macy's. Very courteous Staff. I bought some perfume called Miracle very fabulous!

I am still old school. I need to touch and feel clothes before I buy anything. I enjoy the set up of the store and the sales.

I love the prices when there's a great sake going on here. The issue I have is the long wait to get rung up. I literally went to three different registers to get checked out. The associates move st their own speed, and I purchased a birthday gift for my husband and could not get a gift box after going to three different registers. I go for the prices, not the service

Very disappointed to find out that purchaes from Back Stage must be returned within 30 days or you're SOL.

Macy's! Sometimes you never know when you are going to have a great shopping experience. Today.i experienced an unbelievable early bird deal! Great service, which in some places.hard to come by.

Macy's never disappoints. There is always something here that is only here, but I usually go here to buy my fragrances. The shoe department could be larger, not a super selection like they have in larger malls. Michael Kors or Calvin Klein pretty much dominate the handbag dept, but again, not a large selection.

Have purchased three watches here. They often have great sales which is the time to buy. Saleswoman aren't too knowledgeable about horology, but they're nice enough and try.
