Macy's, Douglasville GA

Macy's is what Macy's does. This store always has what I want. Even if I just want to browse.still buys something.

The lady in the fragrance department went over and beyond! Really made our experience enjoyable and was very knowledgeable of the differences between the eau de products

Macy's is a shopping staple and you will usually find some great deals. They have implemented a reduced section called "Last Chance ", where merchandise is quite reasonable. I believe the merchandise is past season, so they mark items down really low. Go get these great bargains and SHINE!

I feel like Macy's is really stepping it up, or at least at this location. I haven't really tried other locations.

Their deals are great and I always find something here.

This store is poorly stocked. About 1/2 of the shoe racks are empty Of the 1/2 of the shoe inventory that is available, about 1/4 is clearance. There is only about 1/4 of the girls space and racks are stocked

Great place to shop fantastic selection! But they need more help in sales! Takes forever to check out!

I had to return items ordered online. The lady doing the return rolled her eyes so far in her head, I'm glad she can see. She had difficulty with the transaction because of the payment made through PayPal. Her attitude was so bad, it made the entire interaction bad. The only reason, I gave 3 stars is because someone assisted her. At least, she was pleasant.

This location has a good selection of woman's clothing. No matter the time or week day I've shopped, store is always clean and well organized.

I found a nice suit and shirt for an interview here but I was told that returns had to be made within THREE days, which I think is totally unreasonable and a reason that Macy's won't be my top choice for future shopping.

We were looking for formal dresses for my teenaged daughters who will be my junior bridesmaids. We were so excited about the selection and the prices! Even though we drove almost an hour to get there it was the only store we needed to visit. Which my fiance thought was fabulous!

Mrs Linda in the Children's dept is always nice and helpful, as well as Latoya in Fragrances and Bridgette in purses. However it is always extremely hot in that store which makes the overall shopping experience unpleasant.

I went in and picked up a nice Ralph Lauren shirt on sale. That is all I wanted. Macys is my go to store on certain items.

Decent store. Not really a place I care to go though. They do have some amazing colognes though.

Love Macys have been a Macy's card holder for over 10 years this location always have the best items especially their handbags

This location is the closet to me, so I stop by some time. The backstage requires a lot of looking for the sizes you may need.

The staff was very kind the food was just excellent. We will return when we come back to Atlanta, we came two nights in a row, we're from Memphis my family lives in Atlanta they didn't know the place exists, they really enjoyed it as much as we did.

I wish that this Macy’s at Arbor Place Mall had the selection that the Macy’s (where the old Rich’s used to be) at Cumberland has.

Went there for graduation shoes and perfume. Their website said they had shoes that we couldn't find.couldn't find an employee to help, either. They didn't have the perfume in stock, either. Had to order it. If I ran my business like they do this place, I'd be broke. No wonder they're closing stores!
