Marco's Pizza, Cumming GA

I’ve had this delivered plenty of times to my address. The woman working tonight is so rude and the first call up hung up on me the second time said she didn’t deliver to my address tho I get it delivered all the time. Someone needs to talk to her and tell her how to talk to customers.

I had just had a nightmare experience with the local Dominos, and called Marcos for a pizza. It was fast, delicious, and the driver, his name was Jadir or Jadiq or something, he was genuinely one of the nicest guys I've ever had deliver a pizza. Made with love, delivered with love, what more can you ask for?

I ordered the pepperoni magnifico. Tastes great but a little thin on the pepperoni. I'll give them another chance. Maybe it was a bad night

Call in and ask for special offer pizza, was told that they have large 2 toppings pizza 2 pizzas for $22.99
I ask again do you have special pizza one pizza for $8.99 he’s keep telling me again I don’t have i have 2 pizzas! Everybody has $8.99 they never have special Bethelview place best store ever! Always never give local’s good deal! Retail! That’s why everybody going to different places! Keep doing business like this! Good luck!

This location refuses to accept the specials advertised on Marcos.com. Called in and they said they are not a 'participating location'. Okay fine. Tried using (non-expired) coupon. Again, the person on the phone wouldn't take the coupon. Why do you bother sending out coupons if you aren't going to accept them. Lots of pizza choices around here. Go somewhere else.

We ordered a few items tonight (#190244001), one of them was their 15 piece chicken dippers. We've ordered these before, and we did not get 15 pieces nor chicken dippers. They were the last crumbs left behind in the bag that should have been probably discarded.

The Highway #9 location NEVER picks up their phone! The orders are always half done and cold. Even if someone does answer it’s some rude teenager. At what point does this location think all of these things is a ideal business model? ! The owner should be ashamed of themselves to allow this to happen.

Great customer service! The young lady named Alyse really knows what's she's doing and super friendly. Food was Delicious!

We tried their speciality pizza Paneer, for that price its not worth.

There are zero toppins apart from Tikka Paneer and for that price.

ON the other hand If you drive to Exit 11 on 400, flipping pizza does good desi style pizza with more toppins and good thing they sell slices and you don't need to buy whole pizza.

Stay Away or choose a different location

Asked for pizza suggestions, and they told about their excellent specialty pizza called paneer Tikka pizza (no coupons applicable). Tried it and it's too cheesy and lotto of butter. Horrible taste!

But, the part I'm upset because thier manager arrogant response. We tired the pizza as per their suggestion and he was telling that's our problem! And as we tried this first time he doesn't want to do anything.

Don't ever go here! Try some other location

I think Marco's is the best New York style pizza in this area. I am actually from NY, so I wasn't used to the huge difference in the pizza styles, like the sweeter sauce used at places like California Pizza Kitchen & Papa John's. Many people prefer that, but I do not like that sweet sauce in pizza. The service at Marco's is great & the prices are reasonable. I would definitely recommend giving Marco's a try!

1 hour 35 minutes wait to get luke warm pizzas, one of which was not made properly. Manager wouldn't come to the phone. Pathetic!

I always love Marco's menu and items. But this particular location I had not very good experience. I had some service problem and asked for manager on duty.an arrogant, ignorant lady responded to me that she is owner and had no respect or professionalism. Next time i would drive little more and go to other location.

This Marco's is awesome! The food and service is always spot on, and their pizza tastes like a mom and pop pizzeria.

The big 3 pizza companies cannot compete for the quality of product Marco's always delivers!

We used this location several times. Good Pizza made to your liking. Friendly people and clean place. If you are around exit 13 on GA 400 would recommend stopping and enjoy your meals or snacks here.
