Called and scheduled an 8: 00 am appointment for 2 tires and alignment. I was first customer waiting for them to open. They started on another vehicle before working on my car. It was after 8: 30 before the car was ever started on. Not very considerate of customer's time. I usually use Discount Tire but decided to try Mavis because I needed an alignment. I will be going back to Discount and dealer for alignment.

The service is always pretty good I have not gotten used to the way Mavis is doing. I have been a customer of Kauffman for more than 20 years. FYI to all the Kauffman customers Mavis charges for flat repair now even for the customers who bought their tires there

Great place. Had a nail in a tire and they took care of it in under 30 minutes for $15. Customer service was great and the mechanics were also.

Honestly, can't say enough positive things about this place. I drive for Lyft and Uber and have to get maintenance often. The folks here are VERY nice and I always have a great experience and get a great price. The store manager David is knowledgeable, professional, and empathetic. Will definitely be going back and having my family bring their cars there as well.

Jim was awesome! He explained the cause of the wear on my rear tires. None of the two other places did that. I explained my issues due to previous experiences and lack of knowledge about tires. I will be returning!

Asked if they sell used tires and the guy that answered the phone said I don't sell used tires and hung up the phone. It was rude and I was going to ask about their new tires but after that, I am not interested in doing business with this company.

Terrible customer service! I walked in and nobody greeted me when there were 2 employees in there. I stood there for 5 minutes and the employee stood behind the counter and did nothing but stare at a computer screen. He even looked up a couple times to look right past me, as I stood there in awkward silence I decided to just leave.
