This place is great! I arrived just before closing time with a flat bobcat tire. They quickly reseated the bead and inflated the tire for me. Truly above and beyond normal service standard! Highly recommend!

Went in for a flat tire! Ended up needing way more work than I thought the team that helped me were professional and knowledgeable of everything I needed, didn’t do any work without consulting with me first, with prices and parts will not go anywhere else except this shop

Do NOT recommend! Paid $400 for new brakes, just to be told they were done very poorly. Not only were they done poorly, but another auto shop told me it could've put me in danger if I had continued to drive with those brakes. Take your business elsewhere.

I had my tires changed on my 2013 Toyota Avalon. Stanley the manager is excellent. His customer service and listening to customer is much better than their call center. I need to warn you about Mavis call center. When I dialed the the store I was connected to Mavis call center. They gave me a price quote which did not include the road hazards, taxes and some other charges. Even though I asked at least twice if this is the total price including everything. He response was yes. However, when I want to the store the extra charges were not included.

Can someone please help the poor guy at the counter with organization process. Work orders flopping around everywhere. One person at counter and he’s in a tizzy and all frazzled. Fumbling through work orders. I chuckle every time I go. He needs a new system.

Took my granddaughters vehicle in there because she was having issues with the tire sensor and losing air and needed new tires. The Manager (I think his name was Nick) went over and above to make sure it was repaired and installed tires at a great price! Will definately go back.

Took my Jeep to three different tire places for a bad wobble at about 50 mph. Only Mavis figured out that one of the tire places forgot to put the hub centric rings back on. They told me where I could purchase them locally and put them on for me. You do have to wait awhile at times but they do quality work.

Staff is wonderful. Always going out of there way to help any way they can. Definitely recommend to everyone!

Tires were ordered using the vehicle match. They installed tires that were not able to handle the weight of my van! Put my family at risk due to their lack of knowledge and laziness!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I had an appointment at 11 am and asked how long it would take. I was told 2 hrs which was acceptable. I finally left at 3: 45 pm. Almost 5 hours to put new tires on is ridiculous. There was no interaction on their part to keep me informed as to the delay. The lack of customer service was amazing. No coffee or drink machines so I could only wait. I can't speak of Mavis as a whole company, but this ones need some serious management changes.

I've been working with Mavis for a few days regarding my Nissan and Stanley has been overly kind and informative. They're not trying to over sell and seem to be transparent and sincere. True- they aren't the quickest, but so far- they seem trustworthy.

Called these guys twice to ensure they had my tires in stock. Arrived in a hurry to drop it off. Of course they didn’t have the tires. Total lack of respect for my time. Won’t be going back.

When this place was Kauffman the service was better. Now it appears to be disorganised and another place where they look for t h at something extra to do to your car.

Waooow.all the way from Chicago i was almost messed up by flat tyre, all other shops i tried to contact were locked on a Sunday morning, till i discovered Mavis, getting there, i also met a man who just relocated from IL. I love the service, they are highly proffessional, the pricing is moderate and made sense. It was an experience that's worth the price. Keep up the good job, a very efficient and awesome team. Kudos!

Wow. I came in with a leaking tire and the guys didn't hesitate to take quick care of me. It was freezing cold outside and I couldn't afford to come out to a completely flat tire. They also told me about my brakes and I will be back to get those done. Great guys and a great prices!
