I have been going here for years and Josh and team always take wonderful care of me! Josh is friendly, professional and trustworthy. He sees to it that I am happy each time, and goes the extra mile to foster an ongoing customer relationship. I would not think of bringing my car anywhere else!

Josh runs an excellent store. He's friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He listens to you and gives you options about what you need to get you rolling again. I've been going to his store for years and give him and his staff a double thumbs up! And with all the construction that's always going on throughout Atlanta, the tire insurance is worth very penny as you're going to pick up a nail or screw in your tire somewhere.

I have been using this location as my service provider for many years. Jeff was a great manager back then, I can go farther but I will just talk about my most recent encounters, this location does great work, they are timely and proficient. Josh, Connie, Brandon are great customer service reps, I don't know many of the mechanics but they are friendly and don't mind answering questions when I ask.

Tremendous service, and their new Thursday hours are awesome! Saved me from being stuck in Atlanta for a night. The tires on my car are extremely hard to find and typically expensive, and they did two installed for $220. I don't live in the area but if I ever need tires near Atlanta again, I'm going here.

NEVER NEVER bring your car here. We had new tires put on and had the front bumper broken off at the wheel well. They took it to a body shop for repair. Not once but twice. Where it was super glued back on. The glue lasted a couple weeks and the bumper broke free again. I took it back again and now they said they tried to glue it and they were done trying to fix it. Too bad for me.

They have terrible customer service. Walked in the door and nobody said anything to me. The employees act like I was not even there. Did not get any help, had to go to another tire shop

Took a little longer than they expected, I was not only upgraded but compensated with a discount as well. Nice folks in a harsh industry.

I brought my car there to have a headlight replaced, which they told me they could do at the time of drop off. Shortly after drop off they called me back to tell me 2 of my tires were below the legal limit for the tread, so I agreed to have those tires replaced. After leaving my car with them for 6 hours, I paid and checked out only to return to my car and realize that my headlight was still out. I returned to the store only to have them tell me they couldn’t do it because it required removing the bumper. At no point during the 6 hours they had my car did they tell me this and they failed to even mention it at check out. This is the second poor experience I had with this place and I will not be returning.

These guys took all the straps off of my ladder which sits on the top of my truck and I only noticed because I caught one of them dangling in my rear view mirror, it's a 32' ladder and if it slid off on the interstate just now someone could have easily died.

Good place for tires, oil changes, and tire rotate and balance. Watch out for additional things they "find" and recommend. The "finds" are usually expensive and questionable. If I decline the suggested repair, they have yet to "find" the same problem on my next visit.

Good service and good deal on the Tires, mounted and balanced installed, no cross threaded lug nuts or lug nut studs.

2stars bc tires were on a good sale due to the ATL falcons deal, but I paid 89.99 for an alignment, it all took 3 hrs longer than expected and the alignment was HORRIBLE. Jerking to the right. Were their eyes closed? Probably great for the new set of tires. Now i have to go in again to have it fixed, right around the Holidays.

This is my first time experience at this Kauffman tire location but the customer service was AMAZING, especially from the representative named Ebony. They gave me a discount on my tires AND my alignment because I told them of my dire financial straits. They were also kind, helpful, and fast. Would highly recommend.

I had a flat tire the day heading to visit my friend out of town. Was in a hurry and really had to fix it. The manager and the technicians have been very helpful, and fixed the tire in a timely manner, for FREE. Also they had a promotion event that noon time, and offered FREE lunch, and I had a very good time that day! I will be their loyal customer for my life!

Had a problem they tried to make it right. That's all you can ask for. Expedient service shows they respect their customers participatory their time.

Quality, professional service. The company I work for takes all our fleet vehicles to this Kauffman Tire and have been pleased ever since.
