Came here to get my back tires replaced.keith helped me out and he was wonderful.he was very kind and explained everything to me.great experience.definitely recommend

I was extremely happy the service I got from the mechanic and the front end. Special, I like to thank mechanic name Keith, he checked my tire and fixed right away. I will definitely come back for my tire work.

We had a slow leak on one of our rear tires so we took it to Mavis. They looked at it right away and fixed the problem quickly. Great team - highly reccomned.

I had my car serviced at the Mavis Tires and Brakes located at 10815 State Bridge Rd, Alpharetta Ga 30022 and I received excellent care. From the moment I walked into this facility I was greeted with a smile by the gentleman Bo. He was very professional and accurate with all my accommodations. He was very knowledge of the service I needed. The work was quick and the whole team kept me updated about my car as I waited. The entire facility including the bathroom was clean and neat. My car rides like it just received great car service! If you’re looking for a car service facility you can’t go wrong with this Mavis location. Bo and his team take pride in their facility and work ethics and will give you nothing less then 100%! Awesome job team!

This was my first time coming to the Mavis but it will not be my last! I came at a very inconvenient time and Bo squeezed me in the schedule and was very efficient about getting my oil change. I even receive more information in regards to my car needs. Tatiana reassured me everything will be taken care of and they kept their promise definitely will be returning!

Bo is very professional. He always takes the time to serve customers timely even when they are slammed.

I had my truck towed to this shop the evening before. I arrived the next morning around 9: 35ish… the young man who called me to the desk never introduced himself, but rather commenced to tell me the tires that were suitable to my price range, and that he would get that taken care of for me. I’m thinking immediately, and he never mentioned anything about a wheel alignment. I was there for four and a half hours, while sitting there I saw signs that said alignments were free, so I was thinking it was something that came with the tires. When Keith came in he asked was I getting an alignment and I said I’m not sure, so he checked and said, I was. It was not until I received my bill that I saw the charge for the alignment. At this point I was not the happiest camper because of my wait time. Also, after three hours I was told I needed new plugs or they can repair them. I settled for the repair, I just wanted to get out of there, nonetheless, I was still there for another hour plus. I strongly would not recommend this shop.

Bo at mavis had me in an out with a new tire in 38 mins! So thankful for the excellent customer service:)
