Thank you, Sheldon for quickly getting me back rolling with a new tire, on a Saturday, in less than an hour! I called several different tire locations and you were able to take care of my vehicle that had a badly blown tire in no time. Give this man a raise! Thank you, sir! God bless!

I had to ensure my car is working good before I drive it back to cali, I asked for them to do an oil change and check everything. The staff are wonderful, check everything and as soon as they are done I'm ready to go! Thank you so much, this was kne of my best friend's recommendation to go for a car check.

It took me several days to get my car towed to Mavis. I talked on the phone, several times, with Da’Kiah. She generated a work order for me and allowed it to continue to roll over to the next day until my car finally arrived. She was very pleasant. She answered all of my questions and made me feel like a valued customer. Once I entered the establishment, Donnie took care of my work order. He was very polite and knowledgeable. My car tire was replaced in a timely fashion. I even tipped the guy (I forgot to get his name) who changed my tire because he went over and beyond by temporarily fixing another issue with my car without me even asking. Once the job was completed, Donnie checked me out. He was also very friendly and polite. I had an amazing experience from the time I spoke with someone via phone to checking in and checking out! I will most definitely return for future needs.

Every time I visit the Mavis location in Union City, Donnie is always helpful and very detailed with explaining what service is needed for my vehicle. His customer service is phenomenal. I will continue to get my vehicle service at this location and recommend my family and friend as well.

We were traveling to the PCB and unexpectedly got a flat tire because of a nail. They helped us extremely fast and were the nicest company. Rayon was the sweetest human and helped us get back on our way!

I got brakes and rotors 3 weeks ago with an $100 alignment I did not know about which was almost $1,000 in total (sketchy). After it was completed my steering wheel was off and tires were still not aligned while driving. I brought my car back here and it still was not correct so I took it to another Mavis location the other day and they fixed it with no hassle since I have a 90 day warranty

Thought I was getting a good deal by purchasing tires from here and was sold on the customer service however, 4 trips to the shop, a blow out the next day, broken sensors, and now to find out broken pieces were left inside two of the tires… Purchasing tires here was not worth it.

I would like to take the time out to compliment one of your employees DONNIE for outstanding customer service each and every time I visit the Union City location. He always has the patience and very knowledgeable. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

I hit a big pothole going home & I stopped in at Mavis & they replaced my tire same day! I loved the customer service that I received from Da’kiah was outstanding she was was very kind and respectful I also appreciated how she kept me updated about everything going on. Fair pricing as well

We bought a new set of tires for my Suburban in October 2021, with a warranty. Today we got a flat tire and called the store where we originally purchased the tires. (We we’re traveling out of town for our sons wedding) We called the store we purchased the tires from, and they were unable to locate a record of our purchase or warranty. After sitting on the side of the interstate for over two hours with 8 people in the car, we had a tire patched by a mobile tire repair man. We drove to the nearest Mavis, hoping we could get the tire fixed or replaced. Rayana at the Union City store was able to find our receipt when the other stores could not find a record of our $800 purchase. She printed a copy of the receipt for us and got us in right away with a new tire. She really saved the day, and she was very professional about our situation. We can’t thank her enough for how she was able to help us!

Insurance couldn’t find the warranty on our tires we got recently after we got a flat on the side of the interstate. It only took Rayanna at the front desk 2 minutes flat and we back on the road in time for my brother’s wedding. She really came in clutch!

I have visited this establishment on several occasions and have received superb service everytime. Jessica is very attentive and courteous lwhen handling customers. Her knowledge of the business seem to be top of the line and the company couldn't have gotten a better customer service representative for their front desk. The courteousy don't end with her but any of the mechanic professionals that step up to serve you are just as courteous and knowledgeable. They make it easy for me to decide where to take my vehicles for services and I will always recommendations Mavis as a place to go for your tire and vehicle service needs.

Great customer service from Jessica and all the employee At the Union City store location. Very professional and Courteous. I got Brakes and rotors done in a timely matter. Thank you again Great job.

Came in for a alignment and left with transmission fluid leaking and then they lied and blamed it on my previous repairs. If that were the case why wasn’t my service denied before they did the alignment. Then they didn’t even charge me or talk about any charges for the alignment because they knew they messed my car up. Now I’m spending money for a tow truck that I didn’t have and they didn’t even offer to help. I do not recommend these people to service anyone due to lack of knowledge and lack of professionalism! Please stay away!

I went to Mavis Tire today and they were VERY knowledgeable about my tires! I felt really comfortable with what they suggested that I get and they didn’t try to get me for my money! Rayana was so professional and very nice! I’m definitely coming back here!

Jessica at the Mavis’ Union City location went above and beyond the call of duty. She made sure that I was seen on time for my scheduled appointment, and she got me out on time to take care of my other engagements. I had such a great experience at "MAVIS, " I had a tire that would not hold air. Took my vehicle in to MAVIS, they found the problem, provided service needed, completed job in a timely manner. GREAT JOB!
