Went in for a replacement tire after having a blow out. The staff was friendly and efficient. The wait time wasn’t bad and they replaced my tire. Very good service and great prices.

The staff & service was very efficient. Chandler, in particular, checked in often with the status of my vehicle. I definitely had a positive experience & will return.

It took over s week for brake job 4 tires, gear box replacement and 2 tires. They said it took so long because they had to find bolts for box. (ford dealer told me they could have went across the bridge to home depot for them). Granted I already paid 1600.00 for everything but the tires. Went to pick up and they said the balance due was $530.00. I said for 2 $109.00 tires how.

Y'all.the day before Thanksgiving this year I had a flat. We came to this place by chance, and they said they'd take a look for us – no charge. They found the biggest nail I've ever seen in one of my tires, and said they'd patch me up, pump up the tires to turn off the tire pressure light, and send me on my way – also no charge. They got it all done in under an hour with no appointment. This place's service is INCREDIBLE and the store manager really took care of us. And again, the day before Thanksgiving at around 4PM. Just wow!

Store manager Chandler and his team gave exceptional customer service. They got me in and out! I was also given information on how to save money on future services.

Very bad services. Not recommended. I went there to replace my tires for a new ones and they kept me there all day until I got dark, made me pay in advance and they broken the wheel center cap bolts without informe me about the issue. The center cap bolts were almost loose that they could even fall off the tires and loss everything. One works with sacrifice to archive things in the life. I could wish to verify them before leaving the store but it was dark. I won’t never come back again to do anything to my truck at this store. These people don’t deserve even a star in this app.
