My experience today with Shequita was phenomenal. She has a pleasant tone in her voice and she knows all of the customers by their name. She is a problem solver and not a problem agitator. Mavis goes through alot of transition with some good people. Sometimes that change is warranted and at other times, you sort of wonder what happened. I just hope that Shequita is here for a long time to come.

Super friendly staff. I had a flat tire and ended up needing 4 new tires, so my day went from good to bad. However; they worked with me to get the best price and got me out of there in an hour. Definitely recommend this place and Chris who was the one who personally helped me.

I visited today for a tire that kept going flat. Chiquita was very helpful and went above and beyond to get the tire fix. I was in and out of there quickly. She also suggested servicing that was due for my vehicle. I have been a customer for many, many years due to the customer service they give. I will return for future needs.

I stopped by the Mavis Fayetteville location at 865 Glynn Street to ask about my tire pressures being too high. I had recently had new tires installed at another location. The manager, Chris, was kind enough to address my problem immediately. I greatly appreciate his professional assistance.

Chiquita is wonderful. She was attentive to the issue I was having with my vehicle, and provided great advisement.

I spoke to Chris over the phone and he provided me with the information that I needed. And I definitely will be bringing my car here. Chris has excellent customer service and he told me everything I needed to know.

My battery died in my car and I couldn’t start it. Totally messed up my plans for the morning. After Aaa told me I have to get my battery replaced ASAP after they gave me a jump, I made my way to Mavis Tires & Brakes to see if they could help.

When I arrived, I was greeted by Chris the assistant manager, and let him know what was going on. After he heard what I needed, he went went right to work, and within minutes he changed my dead battery with a brand new one. Excellent and fast customer service. I recommended coming here for all your auto needs.

I will continue to return as long as Chris is there. He helped me tremendously and explained everything.

Sean & Joe were excellent. The customer service was top tier. They explained everything to me and made sure i was safe and taken care of.

They were amazing and bent over backwards today to replace a tire at the end of the day. The tow truck showed up right at closing time and they still got us taken care of. Great price and great customer service with the tire we needed in stock. I am so thankful for their help and taking the stress out a stressful situation! We will be back to this location!

Chiquita and J&J were excellent in customer service and tire service under warranty. JJ explained the process above and beyond and Chiquita was outstanding in keeping the customer informed and intake went smoothly as well. Kudos to this shop for handling their business!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS MAVIS! Got my brakes done with a tire rotation.brakes still squeak and tires weren't rotated.the staff at the front desk is split.one is very nice and easy yo talk with aboutthe service, she has a hand tattoo, Very sweet.the younger one has anything better to do on her work time than work, won't look at you, sighs a lot, shakes her head and walks away before the transaction.all of this is enough for me to never come back EVER
As for the very nice lady, I hope she finds better implement and less entitled coworkers ANYWHERE else STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COST THEY WILL NOT DO THE WORK YOU PAID FOR but, will give you attitude for free
