Mavis Tires & Brakes, Loganville GA

We noticed a slice on the right front tire. We knew it had to be replaced and immediately. My husband called Mavis in Loganville where we had brake services done earlier. When my husband called, they understood the urgency and said that they closed at 5, could we come in now. It was 3: 45 and we were in traffic on I285 & I20 in Atlanta. He said try to make it by 4: 30. Fortunately, we made it! We purchased 2 front tires, Mavis brand. They were able to replace the 2 tires and still close at 5. Amazing service! Highly recommend this business

First thing, I don't know SQUAT about cars other than they need gas and oil occasionally. When my car's brakes' chronic squeak was getting more frequent and pronounced (and I was getting more anxious), I hopped onto Google and this place came up with rave reviews so I went for it. And those reviews were SO RIGHT! Ray, the owner, was so friendly and upfront when they were running a few hours behind. Since I live close I just ubered home and then back again to pick it up in the afternoon. Not only was my car ready in 2 hours when he quoted me 3 or 4, he took the cost of my 2 Ubers off of my bill. So appreciated and really considerate. The gentleman (I can't remember his name unfortunately) who looked at my car immediately called me and explained to me what the issue was and answered my questions very patiently and gave me a very reasonable quote. And my bill was exactly what he quoted me. For a car care franchise my expectations were low and I was expecting to get hustled, but I cannot stress enough how great this whole process was for me. Got me as a customer for life!

The management staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I was kept updated by Ray and Celeste through the whole process. Jacob explained everything to me and made sure I wasn’t made to feel dumb. My car was not greasy when I got in it. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Had an excellent experience on my visit. Staff was very knowledgeable and got my vehicle done in a timely manner. Will definitely be back!

Came in without an appointment for an emergency tire. Ray, the store manager, was able to get everything taken care of in under 30 minutes! You rock!

While I had a challenging repair issue with my car, the manager, Ray, was excellent! He communicated the issues, what the resolution would be and was extremely professional, pleasant and honest throughout the whole process. He took ownership and made it right in the end! I will definitely return for future repair work.

After Amazon messed up my tire order, management was able and willing to assist me. They got me right in and got my tires on even though my appointment was the following week. I also lost the lug lock on my wheels but they were still able to get the job done in a timely manner. I would definitely be a return customer. Thanks for a great experience Ray, Smith and team!

If you need anything to do with your tires, please don't walk.run to this Mavis location! I went there to have a nail removed and the tire patched. Not only did they do that but Ray pointed out that there were other issues with my tires that he fixed. I am beyond satisfied with my experience at Loganville Mavis Tires & Brakes. Highly recommend Ray and the crew. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

I hit something in the road and almost immediately started smelling something burning from the front end of my car. I called at least 10 other shops and all of them either wouldn't answer their phones or essentially told me to get lost. The second I called Mavis Tires, Celeste answered and was incredibly caring, made sure I was being safe, and told me to get the car to them and she would come out to take a look at it when I pulled up. They were very busy when I got there, but she still came out and looked at my car, and even asked one of the guys to put it up on a rack to get a better look and double check to make sure nothing was wrong. Luckily it was just some roadkill splatter that smelled absolutely horrible but no one knew that for sure until these kind people made the decision to help me. They've definitely earned a customer.

Words cannot express how professional the staff is here. Zach was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it came to the best options for getting my flat repaired. He also ensured that my car was serviced in a timely manner.

The service here is TOP NOTCH and I will always come here for my tire and brake needs.

Service was friendly even though I showed up about 20 minutes before closing. And i was there for a free tire rotation so even more power to them

Zach assistant GM answered phone, helped me during wheel alignment process, seemed quite honest, caring and knowledgeable. Price was reasonable. Good wifi, comfortable seating. I actually got work done while waiting. Highly recommend.

I stopped in for a tire and a concern on brakes, these types of tasks are not enjoyable but I absolutely enjoyed my time there. I waited and had the best conversation with Ray, someone who was a stranger but now I feel like I can send my daughter's there with their cars and will be treated just like I was, family. He was the true example of customer service.

Called ahead to get tires for mothers truck and check prices. Ray was extremely helpful got me the info i needed and had the tires at store early the next morning. The service tech Mike was also very helpful and went above and beyond to check under the vehicle for alignment and driveshaft when i told him about some noise that was heard. Very pleased with the service I received tonight. They were extremely professional and prompt with my front end alignment issue: no appointment was necessary. Super convenient for them to be open until 8: 30pm on Thursdays. Best prices and discounts in town. Will be returning in the future for sure. 10/10

On 18 Nov. 2022, I brought my Ford Expedition into Mavis Tire & Brakes in Loganville, Georgia. I had just completed a full service about four weeks ago at the Ford Dealer, and a few days later
my back passenger tire kept going low. I took it to Tire Plus, and they said they had fixed the problem, but it continued to go low every few days. I brought it to Mavis right before closing, and they found the nail that was in my Tire, and they fixed it for FREE! I strongly recommend them to Everyone! This was the Best Experience that I ever had at an automobile repair shop.
