Do not take your car here.the staff is the most unprofessional group I’ve ever encountered in a store environment. Left my car there for 4 days and nothing was even done. They stated the tire is discontinued but just left my car there in the front parking lot the whole time. With Uber fees and being without a vehicle the whole time I feel like they owe me money lol. Tires plus right down the street got me situated.

It was my first time visiting MAVIS Tires, and I received outstanding service! Romain was my salesperson and he was extremely helpful; answering all my questions and providing me a great deal. The service was also very quick. If you're planning to go there, I recommend asking for Romain!

My husband and I just purchased brand new tires from Mavis less than 2 months ago. Somehow the tire had gotten some sort of slit in it. I called Mavis (didn’t realize at the time that the shop was already closed for the day) and spoke with the owner, Roman. The shop closed at 6 but he stayed, waited on us to arrive and worked well over time to accommodate us. You don’t find customer service and support like that often these days. We will continue to be returning customers and share our good graces and experiences from this location. Thank you again so much Roman!

Came by today to get a screw taken out of the rear tire of work vehicle. The staff offered a free tire repair because of being that I was out “in the field” working and needed to get back. Very kind and pleasant

Tire price was good. Happy about that, but my 2 rear rims were scratched pretty bad afterwards. They did wanna make it right but never contacted me back. That’s whatever but 2nd thing is I also requested and payed for an alignment do to I bought 4 new tires. But never got it. I watched them mount and balance the tires, put them on the truck and pull it around front it never touched the alignment rack, and i could tell immediately because when I left it still pulled to the right. I know nothing is perfect but still, I just got the alignment I was supposed to get at a different place and it’s spot on. As for the rims I’m gonna have to get them repaired on my own. I will definitely buy my tires again from here but I don’t want them mounted there lol

Had a couple low tires after closing hours, Mr. Roman helped me out big time. Great service. 5 star rating no cap

I want to start off by saying Thank You to Tammy and the mechanic that assisted us. We encountered a flat tire while traveling home and stopped at the Walmart in Newnan. I was told they don't fix tires on Sundays due to not having enough staff and they referred me to Mavis. We had to wait a little but once they got to my car, we were out in about 15 minutes. We really appreciate it!
