Great service. I will be changing my regular location for Tires and oil change-to this Mavis Dallas Hwy location in Marietta!

Went in for an oil change and everything went great with my service. I was in and out quickly. A sweet young lady (kesha i believe) in the front was extremely helpful and pleasant to speak with. But it was quite disheartening to hear how the manager spoke to her. Usually i only deal with Jeff when i come in but since he wasn't there, i was going to leave originally. But she helped me just like Jeff would have, was knowledgable & patience with my many questions lol. So to later on see her getting spoken to so rudely in front of customers was a little unsettling and uncomfortable to hear from someone who should be behaving more professional in a managerial position. I'll definitely be back again for future services, just hopefully when this new manager isnt around.

Came here recently to get a tire patched. I wanted to wait to write a review until after I took a road trip to Florida and see how the tire held up. I made it back safely from my trip with no tire issues, and the tire is still going strong. Would recommend this place for tire patching. They were fast, friendly, and professional. But be sure to make an appointment! They are booked and busy and for good reason.

I had the pleasure of working with Ashley and she was extremely professional, thoughtful and caring. She by far exceeded my expectations for customer service and professionalism. She quickly got my vehicle in the bay and back on the road. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I came in for a brake check, and this sweet, wonderful lady at the front desk. Helped me get the parts I needed for my vehicle as well as get me in and out at a timely fashion. By the time I had to check out, I found out it’s only her first week! Her name was Ashley. Her quickness, professionalism, knowledge and amazing customer service was superb. Mavis made a great choice hiring this young lady. Will be coming back again!

I usually have a good experience because of people like Jeff at this location, but recently I came there and asked for help with filling up the air in my tire. Unfortunately, I ran into a purple haired women who looked new and asked her for help. When I told her that I would like someone to help me with this since I am not comfortable with doing anything related to my car. I am not a car person. She insisted that she will not help me and was trying to show me how to do it. I had a hard time trying to take off the cap and decided to go to another and they place where they were helpful. I understand if they were busy and had a lot to do but the women proceeded to go inside and talk to her coworkers behind the counter while I struggled.

Jeff and Ashley were great and super helpful! Got my breaka fixed up quick and for a pretty reasonable price.

My engine shield popped half way off, and I came in without an appointment on a busy day and Jeff immediately grabbed my keys and went to fix the problem. 5 minutes later I was out the door with a fixed car. Thanks Jeff!
