Mavis Tires & Brakes, Suwanee GA

Just met Richard when I was turned away from the Mavis location closer to me due to lack of mechanics. Richard welcomed me at the door, fixed the tire and had me back on the road quickly. I will bypass the other location when it’s time to buy tires next year and come see Richard.

I had a flat tire and Richard took care of this free of charge. Every time I come here everything is fixed perfectly.

Honest and quick. Thought I needed a new tire due to a nail, but they looked at it and it didn’t pierce it.

Any time I got here, they take care of us without issues.

I went in to get my tires checked as it was showing low tire pressure. I was greeted by friendly and very kind store manager who not only helped refill air but even showed me how I can do this on my own.

Very helpful and great customer service. Richard helped me with my Honda Odyssey. I can tell you that this Mavis location is different than other Mavis locations. Will certainly go back to this location.

I had a bad experience with a nearby Mavis when I got my new tires. I came to 3510
peachtree pkwy and they sorted everything out for me. Richard was very professional.

Richard at the 3510 Peachtree Parkway, Suwanee is the ultimate definition of customer service. I was attempting
to fill air in my tires at self service. He came out immediately and had me pull up the service area so he could checks all tires and fill to proper pressure. He had suggested if I had any other issues to
please return and he would put it on the lift to expect all tires throughly. My husband has always been treated with respect and fair deals. He made sure I knew which Mavis to visit! Thank you Richard.

I had a tire un tute on the walk which was non reapairable could not buy from this location as I had a hazard warranty on that tire from another location. The service man at this location Raqe Young helped us in installing spare tire so that we can drive to other location. Great service thanks to him
