A couple of months ago, I was at home visiting and I needed to look into getting my brakes done. I went up to Mavis and talked to Keondrae Owens (manager on duty) and he assured me if I got to the store by 8 the next day, he'd have me out the door within a couple of hours.

I pulled up the next day and true to his word, he had me in and out in a couple of hours. I just want to say "Thank you! " to the great team and Mavis and I know that the next time I'm in town, I can depend on them to get the job done right and as quick as possible!

First time visiting this shop. The customer service was outstanding. Both the associate working the service desk and the service technician were superb! Definitely impress with the repair services I received.

To replace patched tires I recently ordered two Goodyear Assurance tires. They were shipped to Mavis Tires in Albany GA. Mavis did good work and got me in and out fast. I appreciated that Mavis moved up my appointment by two days earlier after they received the tires. I will go to Mavis again.

Had a really great experience at this location. Octavian was awesome. Got a great price on four tires. They beat the price on the exact same tires over two other local tire stores. Very happy with everything. I think I have found my new tire store.
