This my first time at this place they were very knowledgeable and understanding they helped me really fast girls at the front were very helpful as well Jackie ali and geraldo got me in and out definitely recommend they also can do big jobs.

The Lawrencevillle Marathon Pkwy shop provided the worst experience ever! When I called to schedule the appointment, I was asked the standard questions, including make, model and year of my vehicle. After arriving the next day and the technician taking my car back for new tires and alignment, I was advised, AFTER the tires were already put on, that they were unable to do the alignment because my vehicle was too "new". My issue is should this not have been advised or discussed when the appointment was made AND there was another opportunity to discuss this BEFORE the tires were put on my vehicle. So now, as a customer, I'm being inconvenienced because I have to get an alignment at some other location only for Mavis to take my money for the tires. Trash experience and would not visit or recommend this company based on this experience.

Had a very good experience here getting my tires aligned. Shakira was very nice and considerate and led the whole process smoothly. Would recommend having services done here. Would come again!

I went into my appointment not knowing what the heck was going on with my Honda Fit. Had the absolute pleasure of having Stephanique help me even though she was the only mechanic at the shop and I could tell she was slammed. She got me in and out in a jiffy with utmost grace and upbeat tone regardless of being short staffed. She took such great care of me, and I feel like she had my best interest in mind. And that’s rare when it comes to auto repair. I will 100% be back as her customer. This was the best experience. Mavis is extremely lucky to have her!

As a frequent Mavis customer, this is my favorite location I’ve ever been to. The customer service is awesome and Jackie was very helpful in beating a competitors price to get me a better deal for my new tire set. The mechanic team is fast, and was careful with my car.

Went in Mavis Tire this morning needing tire repair and check engine light diagnosed on my 86 year old father n laws 97 Grand Marquis. Vince was very polite, he wrote up the service order and took the car back. Within 30 minutes they were finished. The screw in the tire didn’t penetrate due to being short and didn’t need repaired. Check engine light diagnosed and reset. He didn’t charge me for this. I appreciate his honesty, good will and professionalism.

My tires were low this morning I stopped by the Lawrenceville location this morning and the gentleman behind the desk added air to my tires.
