Maxway, Austell GA

Horrible, I have no idea how this store achieved 4.1 stars out of 134. I have had to go by here, usually as last resort, and I have found that they are fine if there are only 3 to 4 customers, staggered in, outside of that, no way are they 4.1 stars. I get this is a lower end retail store but the systems are slow, according to your associates, causing long lines - TWO long lines, cause rarely do the associates want to have to actually work. This last time, somewhere around 6-8 pm on Monday March 29th, I honestly wonder if one of the clerks was trying to take a much time as she could while all other customers were waiting, and her customer/pal kept waiting while the customer (probably her friend) kept going back and forth picking stuff out- this is while she is currently in the check out lane and people waiting! What is wrong with people? !? ! That 4.1 stars cannot possibly be an honest rating.

I love this place the feel of the old fashioned dime store. I was upset I couldn’t use their restroom. The worker said because of COVID I had to go across the street to Burger King and back, which doesn’t make since to me I spent almost a couple hundred dollars there but couldn’t use the restroom. ‍️
Anyways on a good note my favorite cashier was there Ms. Lois, she’s the best and she made shopping there a joy.
Thank you Ms. Lois for being the nicest cashier there today and everyday your there.

It’s my favorite place to take my time and shop. I have found dresses, to cosmetics, pictures, bathroom accessories, bed sheets and much much more!

Very rude people store is cluttered and I stood in line for 30 minutes 1 cashier and other workers walking around

I made a return to the Maxway store today and it was one of the best experiences I have had when making a return. The manager was so pleasant and friendly! Thank you sooo much.make me want to shop at this location more often. Great hire Maxway!

They need a manager who knows how to do the job. She lost a lot of customers today. Standing in line for over 30 minutes. The lady that was checking customers out, the manager was moving her from one register to the other register. Please go in the Austell Maxwell store clean and Organized and train employees. Sunday is a busy time in Austell.

No public restroom for customers. I asked and they said no due to the merchandise and go across the street. All stores are suppose to service customers.

This store is too crammed up. There is barely any room to comfortably walk- especially in the front of the store. They need a bigger location. The variety was either limited or too close up for me to be able to see that much.

I shop here occasionally for only 1 item, gingermint hard candy. Sales Associates are friendly and helpful. Store is a bit run down.

Great selection in general. Store itself is pretty shabby. Cashier's, some are very nice and some are just rude. Overall the prices are decent.

Love this place-good variety store even with nice clothing kids to 4x. Good quality. I have bought a 32 inch tv to walking dolls for my daughter. Very clean.

I believe it is a Roses discount store. It's better than Dollar General & Family Dollar but very similar. Wed.is senior discount

Jeaine tried to steal my change, how do you have glasses and still cant see what someone handed you! The manager is making me wait till he finishes his sales and other customers before I get my change she stole! Absolutely unacceptable first and last time ever in this store!

Never know what you may find in Womens clothes. Great deals on rugs. Friendly staff. Love this store.
