JD very professional and polite. Did a good job explaining the situation with the capacitor.

Our furnace was completely out on the first really cold day of the year. I called McGee Heating And. They sent Lance out within two hours. Our problem was rather complex. Lance did not have the correct parts on his truck. He had another truck meet him halfway and had us up and running, thank you so much for the fantastic service especially thank you Lance.

McGee has always done a great job taking care of my heating and air conditioning unit. They are quick to respond and are very professional.

I am not the type of person to leave a bad review, however, this certain issue is getting out of hand. The hartwell McGee heating and air drivers are HAZARDOUS. I cannot count how many times I have seen this business' trucks run stop signs, back straight out in front of me, pull straight out in front of me, tailgating, etc. It is getting to the point to absolute absurdity. I would be ashamed and outraged if I owned a company and my employees were driving recklessly in my company vehicles. What an embarrassment and a stain on the business in my opinion. I don't know much about your services but your drivers alone need to learn how to follow basic road safety laws. Thank you for your consideration while reading this.

We’ve had a lot of good technicians from your company, but none better than Zach Evans. We are grateful for his service. He is an outstanding employee. He takes his time and goes above and beyond.

The technician was super nice, but after he installed the new thermostat it was hanging off of the wall with a spaghetti pile of exposed wires. For $330 I was expecting better.

FYI - Joseph Partain was the Teck that came to conduct my 6 month PMA service on Fri 11/3. He did a great job and was very customer service focused. You have a very good employee in Joseph!

Quality work, notified me when they were on the way and showed up on time. Professional and thorough work and the technician was very personable.

We had our heat go out, yes the coldest day of this fall season. Called McGee and they got a technician to our house that day. Fixed our problem. Very satisfied with the work accomplished.

Technician was on time with his appointment. Spent 45-60 minutes checking for problems on the equipment. Tech spent time explaining the Freon situation and if our system leaks it very expensive to refill.

Our maintenance man was very friendly and courteous. He did the maintenance to our indoor and outdoor units and let us know everything he did before leaving.

I always use McGee heating and air always prompt when I call them thanks for everything y’all do. Dillion was very polite and answered any questions I had and didn’t hesitate to fix my heat and was very grateful.

Very professional, the only thing they usually change the filter but this time they didn’t. But we have always been pleased with McGee services
