Realtor allowed the seller to do a final walk-through before the house was vacated, leaving old furniture that we had to pay to remove, and many problems that were not discovered because of debris. Realtor also somehow did not notice that the house was always hot, so we will have to pay as much as $20,000 to repair what was supposed to be a 7-year-old system. Realtor was very pleasant, but I feel totally failed to do due diligence to represent us well.
