I work from home and all I have is internet disconnect. This is horrible, can get any work done. Need to fix the problem and tell us to reach out so you fix the proble just fix it.

I wish there was a negative star rating you could give to Mediacom. They are horrible! Cable monopoly in Albany, GA. They overcharge and you can't get ANY help. Their office is a joke and their website never works. I wish another cable company would come into the area. Everyone in Albany would leave Mediacom and jump ship as soon as they could!

This company is over charging people and will not let you see your statements. They get you to sign up for autopay and paperless statements to save 10 dollars a month but they never take 10 dollars off. When you try to view your statement, they ask for a pin number they you cannot get because they tell you they are not allowed to give it to you. It's only on the paper statement but when you sign up for paperless statements, you never get the pin number. This company is crooked and needs to be shut down.

It's okay here but it takes a moment to reach the counter for customer service help. Employee i spoke with was nice and friendly.

Medicom is the worst internet that cuts off. Condtantly looses signal. If you work from home, this is not an internet to have. Not reliable at all. Choose another provider.

If I could give them zero stars I would they are the worst internet company that I have ever had. I’m currently looking for a better internet company. They constantly lie about my bill and when I correct them and they realize their mistake they still expect me to pay for their mistake.

The internet cuts out with the slightest of wind. The company knows they're the only option in this area and they treat you as such.
Not to mention the price increase make me sick to my stomach every time ai have to pay my bill. The American way!

The billing system is awful. We're not getting emails from them stating the statement is ready nor or we getting paper statements. Went on the website and couldn't not see any statements.

I have had service for a month and I constantly lose my signal. Customer service is not very helpful. I had to call in 4 times just to get an issue with the guide fixed. I am looking into getting internet elsewhere. Based on my experience, I do not recommend mediacom. It is too expensive for the level of service received.

I advice yo to not even get mediacom there a scam…. Worst prices i had to deal with.horrible customer service.my bill was around 160$ for the month…. It what world does that even make sense

The technician who came to the house was GREAT! Very professional and knowledgeable. The internet service intalled was super fast. Very satisfied with the whole experience. I hate that the service will increase in price after one year. But otherwise great service.

Mediacom internet service is horrible. We’ve had connectivity issues off and on for 3-4 weeks. Two technicians have come to our home and provided absolutely no resolution. The first technician was clueless and even hooked another customers service to our home. Luckily my husband saw the new network pop up before the technician left. We were told we had a modem that wasn’t the best quality and it would be switched out. To our surprise the technician gave us another modem that was the same model except it was refurbished. It was no shock to us that it never resolved our problem. Second service appointment was scheduled for a Saturday. We received the automated call to be connected to the technician. The call immediately disconnected and then we received a message that the appointment had been rescheduled. This all transpired in less ten minutes but our appointment window was for a two hour timeframe. My husband had to call and assert that they needed to honor their appointment. The technician did arrive hours later but just like before he provided no resolution and told us he didn’t see a problem. After another call to customer service we are now scheduled with another service appointment. We are not optimistic that our problem will be resolved. Looking at other reviews it seems the only thing Mediacom is consistent with is providing a subpar service. Customers should not have to pay for a service they do not receive only to be met with dismissive technicians who say there is nothing wrong. If only there was another provider! I would never recommend this provider. It’s unfortunate we do not have another service provider to utilize.

This place is still requiring masks, supporting only limited hours, and charges $175/month for a weak basic channel lineup. Went by the store on Saturday to find they are closed due to Covid, but no other business is…what a joke…

This is the worst internet service I've ever had. I've had technical problems for 2 years. The first few techs sent stated problems were with the pole where my lines ran from. No repaired. The last tech that was sent out stood in the corner by the tower on her cellphone and said I had 40, yes she said 40 devices running off my service! Then I got a bill for $79.00 tech fee. I rent this equipment! Was told it is up to the tech as to charge or not. If there was another company to go to I would. Run!

Media company is the worst internet service provider. I had been paying about 69.99 for 100mbps download and 10mbps uploads and was getting half of that. I finally decided to arrange a technician to see what could be causing the issue and ended up opening a whole other slew of problems. The 1st appointment the technician never showed up and claimed to have called and left a message. Which never happened, so I had to reschedule the following week. Same results, so scheduling for the third time I had issues with my phone and I notified Mediacom that it would be best if they just show up because my phone is malfunctioning and would not be able to be replaced at the moment. Technician never showed up. I really urge everyone to not use their service because their business practices are that of a third world country. Uneducated staff, poor customer service. Please help make the chage so that our communities can have internet worth paying for. Not the scam that is Mediacom.

I have been having issues with the service for the last year since the pandemic, when speaking to the Over the phone tech department, most of them don't know what they're doing and my wifi was connected for over a year and the lady tech over the phone trouble shooted my modem and now it's not connecting and I work from home 8am til and they set up an appointment and tell me they can't come on the day I'm off. And wake up the morning I asked to have since I'm off that day.a tech is next door.really. Bad business and now I don't have WiFi

Made me sit at my house waiting between 8 am to 8 pm for a line repair. NEVER showed up. 2 days in a row! Still NO internet now. Then said they repaired it and the line is still broke on the ground.
Worst place to deal with. I will be looking for another company.
