Metro by T-Mobile, Bethlehem GA

Lied to my face. Asked about $40 plan for two exciting lines. Told me it would be $80. When it says $35 for 2 lines each. Dont appreciate being lied too.

I have to say that my first and only experience with Metro by T- Mobile was a very good experience. The clerk was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist me with my needs. He did did not stop until he was able to give me exactly what I was asking for. He was point blank on answering my questions which was helped me make my decisions on which way I wanted to go. They may not be a big store but the customer service made up for it.

Went In Friday With A Phone Issue Riashi Was A Great Help Did Everything He Could To Fix The Problem

I would not recommend this store. I purchased a new A51. I asked the young man there twice to add insurance to my phone. I found out 3 weeks later when I paid my bill that he did NOT add it. Metro will not allow you to add insurance after 7 days have passed.
I returned to the store immediately. The young man essentially called me a liar, saying that I did not ask for insurance. Now I am essentially screwed. I was the only one in the store and yet this is the service that they provided.

My grandma got a new a few days back, hossain helped her set it up she returned the next day as she had issues with backing up her old information and Rishi helped her out and resolved the issues. Both of these guys are awsome. Highly recommended.

Every single time I have attempted to go at 10am when they are suppose to open. They are not open and no one is there. Why say you open at 10 when you don't.

The service was awesome very friendly and I will not go to the winder store anymore because Shannon is the best!

Terrible customer service, had to literally cancel service and go somewhere else because they were so rude and unhelpful. John especially was very inappropriate and rude.

I cannot emphasize enough how poorly my elderly mother was treated at this establishment. The employees literally laughed in her face over her confusion until she was sobbing. It was unconscionable to treat somebody like this. If I could give 0 stars I would.
