OMG. We came in with 3 of my dad’s phone completely confused at what to do. My wife and I were at a loss. The service we received from Shavanna was both spectacular and delivered with patients. She put everything thing together and informed us of our options along the way. She when above and beyond! Great service. She made it easy.

I absolutely love this location! The employees are so accommodating and go above and beyond to help you! The employee that helped me was Shyhem/Shihem (probably not spelling it correctly). I came into the store wanting to upgrade my phones. This man could have sold me the most expensive phone in that store because I didn't mind spending whatever just as long as I had two good phones. See they make their money off of commission so he honestly could have sold me the most expensive phone they had to offer but he didn't. He asked me what I was looking for in a phone and what I mainly use it for and he went off of that to help me pick out a good phone. I ended up getting the new Moto G stylus for myself, the Samsung Galaxy A20 for my husband and he even got me a tablet for FREE for special needs son! He also hooked me up with free Amazon prime, extra 10g hotspot on my phone and my husbands, Google one on both phones for free and a case for my phone that has a warranty on it! Oh also the day I went the store system were down, so they were unable to sell phones or change things on your plan.so he took down my phone number and said he would call me when things were up and running again. He kept his word and called me within the hour and he even held on to the devices I wanted to purchase! Oh the store manager she is amazing and trains her employees very well! This store has great customer service skills and very friendly staff! This place is very professional and I will be coming back! Thanks Metro PCS off Chastain in Kennesaw for all your help this past weekend! I'm loving my new phone, my husband really likes his as well and the new Alcatel tablet is perfect for my son!

Eril was so helpful in explaining which plan would work best for our cell phone needs. We stopped in late one evening and he took the time to show us how to make sure all our photos were uploaded to the cloud. We had so many pictures from on our old phones that we wanted to make sure they all got saved. We made sure to come back when Eril was working so we could get signed up for the perfect service plan and find the best devices for our family. Switching to a new phone and coverage can be stressful, but Eril made it so easy. Thank you to Eril and Metro!

My husband and I are NOT tech savvy at all and we went to upgrade phones recemtly. We met Eril and he was amazing! We told him what we needed and he went over several phone with us and was super patient. We ended up upgrading and are super happy with our new phones. We had a couple questions a few days later and he is always there to help no matter how long it takes. Super helpful!
