When I checked my VM it was in Spanish (and I only speak English image how horrible that was for me) so I took my phone to the Metro company on Cascade/ Ralph Abernathy, that's where I know I will get great customer service, any problem I have with the service or the phone itself, my good man there will take care of the issue, he give excellent customer service and he's very thorough and he gives you an estimate time about how long it will take for him to correct the problem he also explains everything before he does anything and he will let you know if there will be an additional fee to correct the problem or not. This is my store I will not go to another Metro store. I've tried other stores but they could never solve the issues. So I highly recommend this store if you have any difficulties with your phone.
